Suffer would be a really good ability for our Swain to have lmao
I get its meant for 5 star champions, but it sucks they’re gatekeeping the ability to get them behind an endless number of currencies that you can only obtain through a strenuous and slow grind or by paying up. It really feels like they’re starting to design the game so you cave and spend money on bundles.
I'm just spending strategically. Zero chance of getting everything without.
They need money to run the game, but on the other hand I hope they will release more stories for the game as well as more 3,4 stars adventurers, not just ridiculously hard endgame content to suck money from people.
It's kinda fair. The game is basically free, and that almost terminated it.

Shen has always been too low impact to pick as secondary champ in PoC for me. In Swain's adventure he's basically S-Tier. Won with Master Yi and Lux:Illuminated with Shen as the backup.
I have Lux: Illuminated at 6 stars, and I've lost both my attempts so far. Partially due to atrocious luck during the run, but if anyone's got any relic suggestions, it would be appreciated!
EDIT: Thanks for the ideas, I managed to win a run. Fear-Cleaving Axe, Greenglade Shadeleaf, and Turret Plating, with Akshan support. He even got Targon's Brace and Heavy Hands!
There does seem to be some kind of bug with the damage numbers on spells in hand or Swain. I've seen several times where it says one thing, and then another on the stack.
Need to draft sustain. Any type of life steal unit, shen barrier/shen support. Main issue of map is the burn damage
@@fredv7349 Yeah, that's what I mean. I burned all my rerolls, and the best I ever saw was Gwen as a support champ. Literally nothing with liesteal, or even healing items or spells. I know what to draft, I just never SAW it. I was hoping people would have ideas on a relic build that might mitigate that somewhat.
Unfortunately a lot of the map is kinda drafting healing, having healing in deck, or being able to remove the city breakers. You can go for turret plating for cheap champs but that could be a challenge in itself depending on the champ. I did the my 5 wins with Gwen, Morgana, Yasuo, Asol (lol), and Jinx and I probably won't do more unless rewards.
Honestly the structure of the game demands bad luck sometimes. Like there are times where I swear legendary powers were deleted from the game and others where I get 3 in a single run. Just roll with the variance. I beat it by drafting Shen as my backup with Lux:Illuminated but it was on my 3rd attempt. No biggie.
Morgana is easier for the Demacia. I did it with 3* Morg, 3* Gwen, 4* A Sol, and 3* Ekko. Still working on my Ionia run.
how do you farm the currencies for the champ constelations?
I did a lvl 20 Nami 3* with Chemtech duplicator and GGC
Basically you stall till turn 6, heal all the way back, buff your units insanely and just win with Nami champion spell spam
Not the most engaging gameplay, but a really easy one
Blasted thought Swain without any struggle
You don't even need any supporting powers or items in the run
For those who want to get 40 Swain fragments for free, I can highly recommend it

@@marcelo2727the relic that makes a fleeting copy of a champion's at the start of round (while the champ is in play). You get it from doing the Vi story adventure (the easy/standard mode of this Swain adventure)

do champions that cap out at less stars than those adventures not handle them? ive seen so many champs with max 3 stars ex nidalee which is supposed to be s tier champion
Nami can clear this at 2 stars. Gwen at 3*. Asol prolly easily but asol's broken. Morgana at 3* can win too. Some champs at 3* will need insane luck to beat it though
I think gatebreaker need a buff. The -1 and play effect is too much nerf.
i cleared it 6 times with 3* champions was hard
My OCD can't allow me to accept not getting an S Rank win. Man Swain really is trying to deny me that!
Random thought... for the love of god riot please re-add exp boosters to the emporium or boost their drop rates for bronze reliquaries :< as a returning player, grinding levels is one of the worst parts of the experience... I mean, currently there are 1,740 total levels?!!! I get one champion level per clear after 20+ on asol and above. wtf mannnn
Like imagine you finally save up enough to get your favorite character but quickly realize you need to spend a considerable amount of time to make them fun...

one more tip: 1. Sign in to your Riot account page.
2. Navigate to the Sign-In & Security tab.
3. Locate the Login management card.
4. Click the LOG OUT EVERYWHERE button.
In my opnion, the best Swain are builds the ones that deal more Damage to the enemy Nexus when you play him
Build 1: Disciple of Shadows, Curator's Gatebreaker and Dreadaway Chase Gun.
In the case of you needing to play Swain Leveled Up as soon as possible and you can use the Double warning shots to deal big Nexus Damage or to do a burst speed stun.
Build 2: Curator's Gatebreaker, Riptide Battery and Dreadaway Chase Gun.
The Riptide Battery only If you know that the enemy will have units with too much Health that you wanna destroy. Also, If you play Swain not Leveled Up, but he levels up only because of the Curator's Gatebreaker, then the Riptide Battery will be doubled.
Build 3: The Bounty Hunter's Renown and 2 Gatebreakers.
Build 4: Packed Powder and 2 Gatebreakers.
These two are for maximum Damage in the enemy Nexus.
With these builds, you impact the enemy board and takes a chunk of the enemy Nexus. Leaving the enemy defeatable in the next turns. Also, you don't need to fear Swain's death after playing him in these builds unlike the turn one Swain builds.
Please, test this out before judging.
You've been spamming this on every Swain video he's made. Those builds aren't that good.

@@jorgecorrea2762Yes, they're not good. Far to slow for what you wanna do with Swain. Best build currently is Packed powder, his relic and Disciple of shadows. Mulligan until you get the one drop with shadow totem and play him turn 1 with no looking back.
@@Generalizedfeelings That build relies on a P2W relic, though. Not to mention, Swain on turn 1 will hardly ever win games (aside from easy adventures), since his power scales. Keeping him for later and saving his relic slots for DCG or Riptide just makes more sense.
@@Generalizedfeelings The only argument you give in this reply is that it's too slow. The rest is just opnion.
About being too slow, the Turn 1 Swain Build summons him early and still has to level him up in order to make him special among other cards. Some of the builds that I showed had cost reduction items that might help you summon him on turn 3 more or less. Then, the other items are to damage the Enemy Nexus and impact the board. Something that the turn 1 builds doesn't do because it focus on speed.
I also ask you to notice how not everyone has Swain's Relic and Swain above 3 stars.
