  • We've heard from Traditional Custodians in the Northern Gulf that there's been a decline in freshwater turtles in the region. Based on studies in the Cape and Northern Territory, this decline could be due to feral pigs. To find out more, we headed out west to Talaroo Station and Littleton National Park to talk with the Ewamian People and Tagalaka People.
    This project was funded by the Wettenhall Environment Trust.

    Poor lil buggers being munched by hogs, super important focus you mob out there. Im interested to hear how strategic HOGONE baiting might work, sounds promising.
