When I had to go into the office my work aesthetic was Gothic 50's housewife 😂 but now that I'm working from home I rarely change out of PJs or sweats 😂
I try to dress up every day if at all possible - makes me feel better!
We need more people like you. Not followers, not conventional boring who judges others for acting or doing things differently. We need quality interesting fun stylish people like you. Especially women.

As someone who is no longer in their youth - or just no longer in that age range people typically associate with experimenting with alternative fashion - you've been quite a source of inspiration and hope for me, who had just started out exploring. Those cuff links are adorable! The second outfit is my favorite one. It's amazing how much a belt can change a dress's overall vibe.

I am a lawyer and advocate in court so wear a lot of black ( luckily!) and have to look very formal. My court suit is killstar and it has had a lot of compliments. I have to keep it paired down but do like to have some gothic Jewelry in the mix along with black stiletto nails. I always love the fact that under my formal black suit are my tattoos. Love the cuff.inks.

Great outfits, love the purple shirt with the waistcoat. Fantastic cuff links most of mine are vintage. Unfortunately I don’t have a Primark shop near me, I’ve got a black cardigan that is at least seven years old so most of it does last. I have never been called up for Jury service and like you would like some interesting cases!

So happy to have found you. I am 61 and think a lot of trad goth style is a bit youthful and ends up looking costumey especially at work. I usually default to basic black dresses and tops. U have given me some good ideas.

You may have inspired many Goth women to be prepared to apply Corporate Goth fashion should they have to come into contact with the Corporate world and still be connected to the Goth subculture.

Lovely outfits, and beautiful cufflink collection. I work in a firearms manufacturing facility, and I work with chemicals and oils all day. Wearing things this elegant to work is a no-go for me. I wear old t-shirts, jeans, and my work boots. I don't want to get my good clothes dirty or ruined. I change once I get home and take a shower. (Jan Griffiths).

@@purplejanew It can be. Sometimes I go to the range to test fire the guns. The range is inside the building, and it gets loud (hearing protection is required). Most of my work is in assembly, and I'm the start of the line. Most of the barrels are blued, and dipped in oil, but that's not harmful. I do love my job. (Jan Griffiths).

Actually when i worked the store i dressed much like your corporate style - black is so easy right - you can look respectable and badass at the same time! Oh!! i love cufflinks - i have my grandmothers cufflinks - very shiny black aura with matching shoe clips Oh i love those hour (or minute)glasses !!! they are so so cute - i have a tiny one with my kitty urns. but nothing in jewelry
ja it is funny that Corporate Goth doesnt get reflected much on all the other channels supposed to be there for advice regarding Goth (almost none) since in every days reality Corporate Goth is huge, it is the subliminal influence we really got, so sad...
