I used this pump to replace the pump on a Ecell 3100 PSI pump. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxEU8wdEWW31diRsOawsCNfWEho39M27qd The model # is PWZ0163100.02 for those looking for a matching pump. It went on very easily - 10 minutes at most. Feels like a lot more power than the original but that's to be expected. Can't tell a difference when cleaning with the wand or floor sprayer. Would recommend as it was cheaper than most I found. The maintenance free aspect is definitely a plus too. Have used it through about 6 tanks of gas and have zero issues so far.

Why use a thread locker on plugs? Is a rubber seal and tightening really not enough?
Rebuilt everything on mine except the ceramic plungers. Its leaking between the brass body and pump.

My rebuild kit only came with 12 rings, no extractor. How do I remove the brass ring @ 2:45 ?
An extractor is not necessary to complete the job you can simply pull them out with you finger and some can get wedged in and might need a pick or something with a hook at the end to pull them out from behind the high pressure seal. Do bad pressure seals cause water in the oil?
Hello Marco! There could be a couple different things that could be causing this.
1 Cracked ceramic bushings
2 Bad oil seals
3 Possibly the water seals

My RW 4040 pump has some sort of cavitation (high freq vibration) on high pressure hose. Do you think replacing check valves kit and packing seals kit will solve this problem? Already chcecked the check valves and oring - they looks fine but I will replace them any way. Tried everything with no luck and the last thing I think is manifold rebuild. This happening when im ON the trigger. When im off the trigger (by pass return to tank mode) the vibrations stops.
