Your bike sounds amazing! I love the sound of a triumph engine. I'm surprised just from having the cats removed that it sounds so good. I can't wait to test ride one this summer. If I like it, I may buy one. Great stuff!
Jimo368 thank you. it's not much of a review but at the time I could not find anyone who owned one and had uploaded anything so I just assumed others might want to see it on the road before deciding on buying one. I'm planing on making another video once my Ohlins are in and I've installed them. Even as is I'm still smiling every day!!
redskinStu. thanks. there are some great RUclips video reviews out now if you haven't seen them yet. I linked to one in the comments section when it came out. check it out. :)
Hi, thanks for sharing, this is the only Street Cup video on the Internet! Unbelievable! Could you please add some information about pillion seat? There is not picture at all. Thanks!
Zdeněk Sejček.. ok, sorry but I did a quick google search and couldn't find any view of the seat either. I've got photos of mine but perhaps all I could do is make another video since no one else seems to have done any. I think it's basically the same as the pillion seat on the base thruxton (or earlier model) but it takes the exact shape of the cowel that covers it. Comfortable but not supportive.
Thanks for reply. Would be really great to have another video, because you are really only one who care about those who think about buying one:) I will try to google Thruxton seat to learn more. Thank you!
Suan Pailom Coffee Roasting By removing the Cat Converter alone do you get that sound, or do you also have to add performance air cleaner and remap the computer also?? Much obliged
When I uploaded this video, the catalytic converter was removed and separate pipes (u-shaped) where put in place. When the x-pipe was available here, I changed to it (Moto Trio - made in Bangkok).
Nice..... i live in Chiang Mai as welll... passed by brit bike the other day and saw one and was surprised as i didn't know about the new model this year. What is the base price in THB here in Thailand?
its a gorgeous bike. I wish it came with wheel spokes. A smaller version of the Truxton. Cool bike but not cool with the funny pack especially here in SoCal.
I wish it came with spoke wheels too. 👍 The fanny pack is funny.. But here in Thailand, so many things can go wrong, it's good to carry what you need. I now have a quality tank bag and/or saddlebag for my road trips. 😂
Thank you Andrew Tunnicliffe. Mine comes from Britbike sourses, but there are limited places in Bangkok that specialize in this type of work so one place that it most likely came from is TRR Autopart. They specialize in titanium and stainless steel headers, catalytic converters and complete exhaust systems as well. www.trrheaderturbo.com
slingshot , I'm in Thailand, and new Street Cups are no longer sold at the dealerships. I doubt there are any good deals because people who bought them, love them and aren't selling them. I've still got mine and its been modified. You can check my other two videos just posted.
Rich Spehar, no, it's two separate u-bends that join the header to the tailpipe / muffler. separate for each side. Remapping the ECU then done to match what's done for the scrambler setup.
GRoss , sorry for not answering this earlier, I didn't see it. I haven't any idea about fuel economy... I just ride and fill the tank rarely checking the odometer. 😉
Les Laxson . There is a German (maybe Dutch?) fellow in Bangkok with a rolling road dyno setup and he is able to remap almost any ECU. My first remap though was done at the dealer the day I picked it up. I understood those to be preset maps that Triumph has. The shop in Bangkok can setup for maximum performance based on your style of riding and what modifications have been done.
Triumph Australia has just recently come out with a Street Cup launch video that is quite nice to see and hear the new Cup. Enjoy: ruclips.net/video/7mQGR8O0noc/видео.html
And here, finaly, an honest review and test ride by a professional. Perhaps others will see why I instantly loved her. ruclips.net/video/cnFrgX26O3Y/видео.html
Still literally the only video worth a damn on the Street Cup! i keep coming back to watch the clip. Cheers from the USA
Nice to see some one review Street Cup in thailand .Many thank Mr. Suan
Just saw it today at the Triumph dealership, i'm in love.

Thank you for your video, very nice sound
Straight pipe by that you mean x-pipe competition headers? If so what brand?
When I uploaded this video, the catalytic converter was removed and separate pipes (u-shaped) where put in place. When the x-pipe was available here, I changed to it (Moto Trio - made in Bangkok).
Suan Pailom Coffee Roasting thanks I just got my British Customs x-pipe which I will install soon

What is the base price in THB here in Thailand?
Ian Kalway 450,000
How much power did you get from the decat intake and tune? how much cooler does it run in traffic now?
GunsCarsBikeCigars I don't have accurate measurements for either of your questions. Putting it on the rolling road dyno could show that though.

hey bro, what's your weight and height ? I have 100 kg and 1.75 m , can u think it's safe and easy to me drive safely? thanks!!
same height, 75 kg. I don't know your riding skills, but it's a great bike for a skilled rider.
Very nice bike, and awesome sound! Who makes the cat removal kit that you used?
Thank you Andrew Tunnicliffe.

Nice looking bike. Sounds Great. There What is a dealer close by that has one for a good price. Do you still have your bike and do you still liker it?

Are you tall for your height ?
He's a tall 5"8" which is like a short 6'4", me i'm a short 6'5", which is like a tall 5'6".
So is that an X pipe/cat removal you showed briefly?
Rich Spehar, no, it's two separate u-bends that join the header to the tailpipe / muffler. separate for each side. Remapping the ECU then done to match what's done for the scrambler setup.
sounds way better , nice color
+Roy Rodriguez thank you..
stock exhaust ?
Axell Hernandez, please read the description. :)
Wow your bike is making a beautiful sound!!! Is that just the cat removed or are there different pipes as well. Really sounds great.
David Jebson, just as I said in the video, removed cat, performance stainless steel air cleaner and remapped ECU (as the scrambler would have).
Nice - sounds great!
Sounds epic.
Nice motorcycle, 👍🏽
Beautiful bike.
Thanks for the video! Short and sweet!
What sort of fuel economy are you getting on it?
GRoss , sorry for not answering this earlier, I didn't see it. I haven't any idea about fuel economy... I just ride and fill the tank rarely checking the odometer. 😉
What's your height? Nice video, thanks for sharing!
Gh. Dragos, I'm 173 cm. (about 5'-8 1/2")
How did you remap the ECU?
Les Laxson . There is a German (maybe Dutch?) fellow in Bangkok with a rolling road dyno setup and he is able to remap almost any ECU.
