I climb just easy mountains, mostly it is like trecking. But I would like to got more knowledge about alpine climbing techniques, in real life (not just theory you learn on a cliff climbing course). To handle the ropes in an efficient way. Also what I really would like to know is rope techniques to climb alone. (I always do my ascents alone, since I don't got any friend who is fit enough.) Enjoyed watching, good head camera footage and also loved the time lapse with clouds. 13 years ago I did Lion ridge from Italy and down to Hornli hut.. also solo, easy climbing, but huge exposure and remember I was completely exhausted at the end🙂 Thanks for sharing. Usually you have a rope with you and you can just rappel down the harder parts. Then it just becomes a question of efficient setup and rope handling and most importantly time, because while rappeling is easy it takes loads of that.

So on popular routes there are abseil rings or spikes so rope is just threaded through and both ends dropped down. So rope not tied so pulling one end afterwards just pulls the rope through.

I skydive for a living and one hundred bars of gold would not get me up there. You have balls of steel and for that I salute you! Very impressive! Was descending more difficult than the accent? I most fatalities are on the descent.

zdziwiło mnie, że na szczycie prawie nie ma śniegu, a tu grubo powyżej granicy wiecznego śniegu w alpach
