up and away, then re-center - but too much thoracic extension in the re-centering, that seems to put me too far from getting back on top of the ball, so I fall away too far left at P5 and then have to stand up, goat-hump and flip. Well, that and I don't actually commit to the up-and-away first athletic move. Thanks for all this terrific content, Dana
It’s not a problem. Obviously it’s definitely based on the individual for one. Everyone is slightly different. Also by no means would I say this is the only way to do things. That would be definitely something in my Younger years I’d fall for defending. Hope you are well Rick. Hit em straight.
