awesome video. I'm going to play this for a second time tomorrow. I had a crazy first game a months back. I think ball one I got 130 million score... but I had no idea what I was doing.
Jeez Louise! I just got one of these last month, and I knew it was deep, but had no idea. Thank you! I can’t imagine that I’ll ever get even half of this stuff lit up!
Recommended pitch is at least 6.5 degrees. I would start there and see if it improves. Try it, then raise it in small increments. You'll find a "sweet spot" where it plays perfectly. My game is at 7.0 degrees, but that's more for the challenge. :)
The biggest change is in how junk is collected and how the number of skeleton keys you possess determines which haunt will start in the locked room. Also, Pew Pew Pew was added. Congratulations 🎉 on getting a fantastic game!
Great video! I just got an HOH pin and these was a super way to understand the rules better. One question, has your house turret always been at a slight angle? Mine looks the same and I was worried it was an issue, or something was wrong with the mech.
Thank you! Yes. The turret has always been like that. It's not an issue, but there is supposedly a fix for it. If I remember correctly, there is a "nub" on the opto interrupter on the underside of the turret than can be filed off. I have yet to try it myself. Enjoy the game!
Thanks for all of the tips, they’ve helped a lot. I do have one question, how do I change the screen to show just player 1 score and remove the rest? Thank you!
There is not an option to do what you're asking. The change was made when Stern added Insider Connected features to the game. All Stern Spike 2 games now follow the same format. The only thing you can change on the user interface is the color of the scores.
I like the theme, easy-to-understand rules, the humor, the layout, the art, the various modes and the different avenues to score. The layout may be on the simpler side, but raising the pitch makes it more challenging. Everything comes together in a great package. For me, it's just an overall fun game. Only you can decide if it's worth getting for yourself. In my opinion, it's absolutely worth getting.
@@PridePinball somewhat new to the hobby myself. I have GDZ, DP and Maiden in my basement...you say this layout is on the simpler side - compared to what and what machines have difficult layouts?
@@dennisd4027 Wow! Three great games! When I say "simpler," I'm talking about the opposite of the three games you have. Their layouts are a little more complex. The machine that comes to mind when you say "difficult layouts" is Houdini. Tight shots, but a fun game.
Great video and tutorial of a game I'm seriously considering!!!
It really is a fun game!
Wow!! Thank you for making this, patiently and clearly talking through all of the code.
You're most welcome! Hope it helped!
Great tutorial, thanks! It's at my local 'cade and I've really struggled to find the points, but this helps a lot!

You will, I'm sure. in the meantime, just enjoy the journey!
Awesome gameplay dude.
Glad you enjoyed!
Appreciate the video. Thank you for the explanations.
I'm glad you liked it!
Got this machine yesterday, the outlanes are so wide and gobble up so many balls, even at the norrowest setting of outlane pins.
At what pitch is your game?
@@PridePinball Right on 6 degrees

Nice overview.
great tutorial! I watched it before a tournament today and did a lot better because of it.
That's awesome! Thanks for the kind words!
Gret video. Thank you so much!
Thanks!
I just got this. Is the updated (current) code a big ‘leap’ from the one in this 2-year-old video?? 👀✌️

@@PridePinball i figured out how to change colors but couldn’t remove the other players from the screen. Thanks for the clarification!
I had actually forgotten the display used to change dependent on the number of players until you pointed it out!
is it a game worth getting?
