Hi Matt....great hunts mate...the tombac and dandy buttons are the staple here in blighty....the lead weight is probably a spindle whorl for spinning wool....another common find here...good potential on that new site. ...keep us all posted.....deus user also,..love it. GL & HH.
Great finds Matt. Looks like the new spot has some great potential. Can't wait to see what else you dig at that spot. The token was an interesting piece. Hot here in our area too... I can't wait until Fall and Winter gets here. Lol. Stay cool my friend.
Great hunt Matt! Glad to see you out digging again. That new spot looks real promising. Love the big dandy button & tombac! Thanks for sharing brother.... Try to stay cool out there. I'm still planning on looking you up this fall for some digging. Until next time..GL, HH., and as always Dig on!
Nice new spot while you were out scouting and that is dedication getting up to hunt by the flashlight, but boy has it been hot. Awesome buttons and token....ron
Matt congrats on some very nice finds. The dandy button is really cool as well as the bridge token. I'm glad the button tree is still giving you relics. Keep up the great work.
Great set of finds buddy! Man of man that house site could produce even more old stuff! Nice civil war relics back at the button tree of course! That's deus is perfect for old house sites. Dig it all type of places. Happy hunting buddy!
Congrats again on some nice finds! Early coat/dandy button is a great example, as well as the CW eagle cuff. Lead, holed item in the wrap-up at 6:10 is likely a spindle whorl. Quite common to find those at early home sites.
Really nice finds Matt. Glad to see you back with a video. That tombac cuff button is late 1700,s and it looks like it has a " P" scribed on it. Great finds as always. My errors were finally fixed so I am releasing my videos, so if you get a chance come on over and checking them out.lol... ya it's an invite. Paul
