As a big batman fan, the Martha scene is about Batman realizing that he has become a killer in front of an orphan. It's a mirror scene with the intro where Bruce's parents die. he realize he has become what he fought, as Alfred said : "the feeling of powerlessness that turns good men... cruel" When Superman does what he does best with his sacrifice, showing humanity and giving hope to the man who forgot both of these.
And something that the ultimate edition also kind of implies is that in the Martha scene Batman also kind of realizing that he has become the villain he became the very thing he had fought against in Gotham for 20 plus years
One of my favourite moments is Wonder Woman’s first shot, when the light clears, we see it’s her and the music kicks in, it was badass! Another favourite, is shortly after that part. When the trinity stand ready to fight, Doomsday lets off that sonic boom which sees Batman running to take cover under the rubble. That sonic boom shook the cinema, it is amazing! Oh and as for Batman vs Superman, we all know Superman could have killed him multiple times if he wanted. Yes Batman can win with prep and tools but Superman would win if he wanted

Yes! "Don't go to it." Not just a warning but a dig, implying Batman is like a moth. I know it was unpopular at the time, but I really like this interpretation of Lex as tech bro with daddy issues -- a villain for our times, if perhaps a moment ahead of the curve. In particular, not obsessed with power as a tool but power as an elemental force. I didn't know a piece of candy could be so sinister. I like Supernan's arc. He's made to feel unappreciated and alien -- which ironically makes him more human -- and in the end it's not merely the power of romantic/soulmated love for an individual that gets Clark to level up, but power in belonging. "This is *my* world." And so I have to give some credit to the writers for the throughline of the spear. Bruce devises it as the weapon against the alien threat, wielding it brings him close enough to his enemy to see their shared humanity, and Clark takes it up as the weapon against the shared threat.
If there was a brawl between the dark knight and the man of steel, I believe that Batsy would have plan after plan after plan to not kill Clark but to tire him out long enough so he can put a power dampener on him. then he'll try to reason with Him even though Bruce would be inches away from death. on that note...... which Ben Affleck do you like most, Ben as Batman or Ben as Gorge reveves Superman from Hollywood land?
