He started developing edema pedal as well periorbital.... Urine was frothy and serum albumin also decrease.. 24 hr urine protein was 3.1 gm.. Our doctor said protenuria is due to cabozatinib.. So stopped caboza... Anti Tpo was high as well.. They decided to continue only nivolumab..... Sir pls guide... Shal we continue nivolumab only?

Hi. Nivolumab now has a patient support program and the company gives 1 year of therapy free after taking 5 paid doses. There is no proof that low dose has lower side effects than full dose

Genetic testing is done and around 5-10% will have the option of immunotherapy in rectal cancer.

Sir, Cost in my case was 250000 for immunotherapy 1 dose of Nivolumab...every 15 days..means 5 lakh per month....i have stopped the therapy now after 6 months because of financial constraints....no more affordable as doctor says to continue for 24 months, which is impossible for a family like me.😢.......but body became cancer free in 4 doses itself, still we continued for additional 8 doses(240Mg) of Nivolumab.
Kindly advise, should we stop further intake fully or should we go with low dosage though our doctor is insisting full dosage to continue, which is practically impossible financially.Pls advise🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
