This is a great mid century home. Personally, I think this style and era of homes are underrated. And to your point about people’s love of basements, this type of home usually has a very large basement that makes a great recreation space or can be divided for multiple purposes. You do a great job with your tours, and I appreciate that you don’t rush through and take your time pointing out the features and details. Also, you deserve props for taking off your shoes. I can’t believe it when I see videos where agents are walking through a beautiful home in their shoes - such a lack of manners and consideration.
Thanks for the feedback! Yes Mid-Century homes here in Michigan are awesome. My mom has been in the Antique business for a long time. Some of the best homes around here have the Mid-Century Modern feel, keeping many original features and adding some nice old pieces!
Great video presentation. I'm from Bloomfield Hills, moved to Az 20 years ago. Mi is still solidly in my heart and this Livonia presentation has me missing home. I will say though, that all the constant hand movements and arm flinging is abut too much for me, sir!! I watched another video of Downtown Detroit and had to cut it off! If the Livonia house weren't so attractive and so well presented, I'd have done the same. First rule in public speaking is KEEP THE HANDS UNDER CONTROL!! WAAAY too much, but beautiful video otherwise. Thanks.

The houses are expensive here i live in livonia we were going to move to 6 mile area to much!
Livonia has seen a good increase in home values for many years now. Very sought out still.

I wouldn't spend that in livonia just to be case to a freeway that takes e to murder city. U can get a home in rochester for that price.
