Hi Richard! Thank you for your comment. Living near the landfill should not be considered as inconvenience, as numerous nearby communities are not only thriving but also growing. The effect of the landfill smell on the daily life is minimal, particularly as it's only detectable during specific hours. However I understand people have preferences and not everyone would like to have a landfill that close 🙂. There are other new communities being developed in Orlando and we love to share it with you all here on this channel!!

@@Orlandonewconstructionhomes I actually like the hard wood stairs and carpet up top. I hate my carpet stairs and would save me money if I kept the upstairs carpet lol
The stairs with hardwood floors is a nice touch and plus easy to clean too 😀. The carpets on the stairs can get really messy, specially with kids running around the house.... @@bustingyewls154
