Hi @billyrio3767, yes you are right, many people relocate to Florida to retire and probably downsize but we've seen families and millennials relocating to Florida as well, because residential properties are still affordable compared to other markets. Of course there are other cities in Florida with homes more affordable, like Ocala which is gaining popularity in the recent years. Hi Richard! Thank you for your comment. Living near the landfill should not be considered as inconvenience, as numerous nearby communities are not only thriving but also growing. The effect of the landfill smell on the daily life is minimal, particularly as it's only detectable during specific hours. However I understand people have preferences and not everyone would like to have a landfill that close 🙂. There are other new communities being developed in Orlando and we love to share it with you all here on this channel!!

The stairs with hardwood floors is a nice touch and plus easy to clean too 😀. The carpets on the stairs can get really messy, specially with kids running around the house.... @@bustingyewls154

Thank you your comment. Maybe adding a customized system for the closet could make it more functional, like adding more storage space and accessories organizers, more shelves, drawers, and more hanging. I see many homeowners doing this with their closet space and they enjoy it! ☺.

@@lisrios123 It was a lot of fun! We tried a bit of everything and loved it all! Our favorites were the Flaming Cheese from El Greco, The Tacos from Itzayana and the Shrimp Tika Masala!

We also tried a little bit of everything! Loved the atmosphere, the service and food options and that you can order from pretty much from each of the stations. Definitely going back and trying your options 😉.
