@webberfan1234 it's sucks I'm in the bay where whiner fans are brutal to cowboy fans I can't wear the star as much as I'd like to because I don't mind confrontation with aggressive people
Camp is not dead today there are alot more fans here today most people have to work during the week or they are on family vacations before the summer ends Cowboys will lead the league in attendance this season like they do every year
I can’t say exactly how I feel other than I have little to no confidence we can get past SF or GB in the playoffs. And I really don’t think we will get past the lions either.
Question, do the cowboys have a history of being able to sign players with a discount? I know Tyron Smith gave the cowboys a break for years but am struggling to remember if others did. I ask this because current players needing contracts grew up watching the cowboys post year 2000. Has the allure of those 90’s teams wore off and players now view the team history as a losing organization?
I'm sure some people don't care, but from what I understand is that California has become so bad and expensive. Around 1 million people have left. I'm extremely ticked off but I was around in the 90's and no how great it was. Hoping to see it again.
We need a 1 tech, RB, and WR 2. If you look at the explosive offenses Bengals, Dolphins, 49ers, Eagles, and KC you have Tee Higgins, Waddle Devonta Smith, and Rashee Rice. I like Cooks but I’m not sure at this stage he is.
If mazi needs all this extra attention JUST to be decent, he shouldn’t have been drafted.. people were questioning his passion for football coming out of the draft. He may have gotten better and maybe needed Zimmer to coach him hard instead of Dan Quinn’s player friendly mindset, but it seems that mazi has no dawg in him. His technique is questionable, he’s got no bull rush move, no pass rush moves, we should cut him and trade for a better fit at that position than him. I have no faith in mazi at this point. Maybe that can change come preseason and regular season, but if he’s that inconsistent and still not up to par with the basics-let alone the advanced metrics get him out of there bc he’s gonna be a liability and teams are going to scheme right thru him
@JoeyV1990: My question to you is are you currently attending Oxnord practices? If not there's not a Dallas Cowboys film on him. So is your criticism of Mazi something your seeing yourself or are you parroting talking points you hear online?
@@terrenceliburd8655 I don’t have to be there in Oxnard. He played in nfl games last year- albeit in short amount. But since day one coming out of the draft and up to now, scouts, and those attending or watch him reported this. When everyone who sees him says the same thing- where’s there smoke there’s fire. And my point doesn’t change. He was drafted in the first round. He’s a bust at this point. First rounders don’t have the luxury of not being day one starters, nor do they have the luxury of being project players. And every bit of information out on mazi is saying he’s a project player who has little to no dawg in him.
@@terrenceliburd8655 I agree on the wait and see part, and waiting to see how coach Zimmer affects him. Dan Quinn was a players coach, and coddled players to a certain degree. Zimmer isn’t known for that. Zimmer is a guy who, if you give your all, and show your worth a roster spot- you stay, if not, it’s a business and we will find someone capable of doing that job. All I’m saying is, if it is taking all this effort to reteach this guy the basic fundamentals, and he can’t do it on his own accord, the drive to succeed, the passion ( which was questionable from day one, proof was in his responses given during that draft process and after he was selected); he only likes hitting people and that he doesn’t even like playing football. He said that himself after the draft. That’s a problem and I said this the day I heard it come from his mouth. And then his inability to maintain his weight and his low confidence and high inconsistency made him irrelevant last year. Now he has to do all this extra stuff and gets extra attention from coaches just to make him decent. That’s a lot of time to dedicate to one player when someone out there may have a better base level to coach up from. Mazi was clearly overdrafted. He can still develop into a guy. But he wasn’t drafted to be just a guy. They had high hopes that he would clog the running lanes of teams, be a run stuffer, a mauler, a tone setter on defense in that regard. He’s anything but that. Ide rather them just go find someone else if we don’t see any real progress by the time the season starts.
you guys have never been right in your analysis...lets be very honest here. How many years have we been hearing "oh this guys looks amazing in camp" then in real game the sob is a flop. Im ready for a rebuild. Cut all their asses, no new deals for nobody on this team. You wanna pay a qb who WILL NEVER enter HOF? You wanna pay that never pleyer resetting money??!?!?! GTFOH
@dwaynemorris6190 nah im good...but everything in life has a natural cycle my man...death is part of it. let the team cut the rot off and heal...rebuild stronger. true fans will stick around...and I believe we are all true fans
@@gruponemesisThe only way a rebuild will work is that the team offensively scores points, and of course defensively they will be limited. But if your the Cowboys and you wanna rebuild, make sure offensively the team is good.
I’m not convinced it is McCarthy. They whiffed on some picks and players on Taco, Mazi, Sam Williams has not contributed a ton, LVE and Gallup with injuries.
Everyone knows dak is a choker and the front office did nothing a rb or dtackle to shore up the dline. Didn't fix anything anything to improved. What's the use in watching a choking squad
Lot of those season ticket sales are to ticket brokers
We from cali are always happy to see the boys come to town
Yeah but how does it feel to have 2 NFL teams that win?

You got to have thick skin to grow up in SF as a die hard cowboy fan you have to be prepared for confrontations

What an accomplishment that will be!!!
Here come the over reactions

I’m not sure we can get past teams in our own division, much less the cream of the conference.
We will not only suck but we will swallow this year as well
Let's go Mazi rooting for ya, get some extra work and you will be fine .run crusher!!!!!!!

Long story short, players won’t give the cowboys a break on deals due to their recent history being losers.
Maybe a lot of people just can't afford it anymore. I'm sure it's more expensive this year than last.
I think some fans are really done and don’t care anymore.

Dallas had one of the most explosive offenses in the league last year 🤷🏻♂️
Maybe we can sign Dez.
