    Sorry, big disappointment. I was hoping for more technical layout advice “to maximize productivity” and with some explanation of “advanced techniques,” as stated on the click-bait title. Definitely not “the most advanced!” This is essentially a waste of time with great (but repetitious) commercial kitchen videos, and, worst of all a computerized voice reading some generic, boring information that has nothing to do with the video stream, bla, bla, bla. Please take down this video and produce an easy-to-follow explanation of “how” and “why” good design is good, or bad, etc.
