sorry to correct here, but this item is called DHOKALAAN in traditional language. Muthiyaa.n is named after dumlings shaped using our fist. Then little variation came as the large rolls were steamed of the dough of muthiyaa.n and once they are cooled to touch, they are cut into slices, but still very commonly known as muthiyaa. I am just trying to help people to know correct name for our indian items that we are used to enjoy trditionally coming down to families. Thanks.
