I can believe her Dr. talked her into it. I remember that reality show called Dr. 90210 where the guy was a plastic surgeon in Los Angeles. There was one episode where these two really beautiful girls best friends one brunette and one blond came into his office. They really didn't need any surgery at all but the blond was getting a nose job and the brunette was getting breast augmentation. The brunette only wanted a small C-Cup which would have been nice with her small frame but he talked her into large Ds and almost into double-DDs which must be way more expensive but would have looked ridiculous on her. When they came in for a follow up visit after the surgery he pointed out other areas on their body that might need work. It was so casual, so smooth and so manipulative how it was done. One moment he was checking out how the boob job and nose job looked the next moment he had completely marked up both of their bodies with additional work (tummy tuck, lipo thighs, upper arms and etc) that they "needed". It was crazy because there was not an ounce of extra fat anywhere on these girls but they were totally insecure and ate up every word. It was so sad.
she looks beautiful! i remember she used to be one of my fave characters on Laguna Beach. i loved her vibrant personality and her natural beauty! it was so refreshing. i was devastated when she got all that surgery. but to see her almost back to the way she used to be is amazing! she looks great!

I remember reading she needed to have something done to her chin. Everyone was comparing her to Jay Leno. She had it carved off. It was her and Spencer who wanted her to look like a Barbie doll. Her nose looks terrible. I'm glad to see the rest of her is looking more natural. I always found her to be so pretty. Then right after that major surgery. She looked plastic to me. I thought it had taken her natural beauy and youth away. Thank God it healed up.
I got a feeling plastic surgeons in Hollywood do recommend their clients various plastic surgeries, because it gets them money. On a logical side of things, if you're a plastic surgeon you essentially thrive on other people's desire to look good or get their looks "improved", whatever they want to get done is money for you, so I think the doctors do tend to "recommend" other procedures once someone comes up to them. It makes sense from a financial point of view. I doubt she was "forced", because no one can force you to get a surgery, but she could have gotten "strong suggestions", so to speak, which could have made her feel pressured if she was generally feeling valuable and stressed at that time.
i made a comment in her other video. plastic surgeons does that. even with a friend surgeon. my mom went in just for lipo but ended with 5 or 6 surgeries! we were like what happend to u! she was in the bed so funny i remembered. then i went in just for rhinoplasty at 19, and the surgeon was like do you want to add chin also? so i called my mom and my said no just nose. good thing she went first and so i didnt touch anything but just nose. good thing

All of you who critique her apperance.. Then go on to critique how she looks after are just bullies.. She put her life on the line just to please others and feel pretty. It's such a shame.. Words can hurt.

I think she really does regret it. It's caused her a lot of pain to where she couldn't live a normal life. She was teased in high school a lot about her flat chest so combine that with Hollywood, it was a recipe for disaster. She had low self-esteem, and it only got worse.
those surgeons do always tell you what they want to change. I saw it in a documentary and those surgeons can be so pressuring you into changing a lot of things
She has came along away i think people forget she had body dis morphia until the surgery was complete she could not reflect on anything or change her mind, She had a serious disease and felt so down and ugly her self esteem was probably at 2%, when she finally went through with it she realized it was a bad decision and questioned everything about her self, Now she knows she should never of done it, And well now her face has settled perfectly.. . Plus, she did it when she was on a reality tv show and had to face her parents after all of that and her mother cried because she didn't recognize her! Quit acting like she did anything noble! The reason other people may not say they had work done is because it is done over time and is subtle! They don't completely overhaul their entire face and body! Also, they likely do not want to let young girls and women know what they often feel they have to do to keep their jobs as musicians and actors. They don't want to encourage or glorify it!
