What I did In the past Was delete what ever video that got flagged …in my case I was told restricted because of unoriginal…so I deleted all videos that wasn’t mine and after that unpublish your page if it’s a Facebook fan page or deactivate your real fb page whichever page your having the problem with and wait 2 days or longer to republish or reactivate your page and it should clear

I followed this video because I had the limited originality yellow. My mistake, looking back, was deleting several videos at one time that had tiktok logo and music...woke up the next day and my account was red and that has been over a month ago. I have talked to FB Meta SUpport several times and basically, they are saying I have a violation but none are showing in Business Suite, when I look at my content on reels EVERY reel that I have posted has a green money sign by it and all of them had ads on them, I checked from my daughter's page to make sure. No one can tell me what I did wrong (I think it was deleting about 30-50 videos at one time) but my research says whatever is between green and red is the issue. The only thing I did was delete the videos go to bed and when I woke up the next morning I was RED. There are no listed violations anywhere, I am sure my content follows rules but no one will help. My request review button is able to be pushed and then it takes about a week and I contacted Meta Support because it says it will take 2-3 days.....Once I talk to them......they give me the runaround and look at my page and can't find a violation but tell me that AI identified something and I should still post content and it will reset. They also say that it's all AI and there is nothing they can do. I have been posting content but now I am so discouraged cause there seems to be no way to get it fixed. I can tell that the agents are stumped also because they are entusiastic at the beginning but when they can't find anything and they see I have no notifications of a violation and they physically look and see nothing that is a clear violation, they revert to AI picked up something and there is nothing they can do. That seems so wrong if they are showing ads. Also...even though I was red I had a payment processed just waiting to see if it will come next week.
