Hello Graham, my daughter is horrified that Valencia has been voted the Best Place to Live , shes quite covetous about her 'own ' corner of paradise. She did find a flat she liked in the city , but tells me the prices are rising fast and she couldn't afford it . Ill pass on your advice to persevere.
In other news its been Global Freezing up here in Scotland and ive had to use the central heating on more than one occasion. I have a cold :(

Twice ;-) Yeah prices have risen a lot in the last year. If she keeps on looking eventually something will come up. Still good places around the edges of the city in the burbs at good prices.
@@valenciaproperty Ah , well she wants to remain in the old city where she rents at present and I don't blame her , it's so beautiful. I've told her to hang in there . My son and daughter -out-law ( not a typo ) are thinking of moving out there , I'll tell them to listen to your podcasts :)
