Lo peor que pude aver echo fue comprar un computador HP con teclado inalámbrico y nause se blokea la unidad y el teclado no responde y el mause tampoco.llebo apenas un mes de comprado y lo he utilizado 4 veces no más .

Go into device manager and see if the keyboard is listed, if it is, right click and uninstall the keyboard. Restart the computer. There should also be a connect button on the bottom of the keyboard. I'm experiencing the same issue. How long should I press the connect button or what to do previously if the receiver like this case (kg-1061) doesnt have a connect button. Only the keyboard have such button. @@HPSupport
I have a kit; the keyboard works well but mouse dont. Also, the mouse does not have a connect button it only have on/off. I changed batteries, pc and still not working. any suggestions?
