But electric locomotives from Belarus come to the Lithuanian border custom station of Kena. However, in the nearest future, Lithuania is planning to buy new electric locos.

How many of those trains are Russian or Belarussian? I notice some of the goods train carriages have Cyrillic writing on them. I assume trains transit Lithuania to get to Kaliningrad.
There were a lot of Belarussian freighters passing by Lithuania to the port of Klaipėda, or Kaliningrad. Also a lot of Russian freight trains to Kaliningrad. But now, there are new sanctions to Belarus, so there will be much more less trains like this from december.
