I’m wondering if it’s safe to use the fresh water tank when it’s below freezing? I’m in a situation where I’m not going to have a city water connection until it warms up in about 6 weeks. Thank you
Our suggestion would be to not use the freshwater tank in a situation where the temperatures are below freezing. There is nothing to protect the tank or water lines from freezing temperatures.
We got a 2022 2318G and on the front bunk the left side seems to pull out more than the right side causing the right bunk support to constantly pop out. Any suggestions or will we have to have the dealer take a look to fix?

You will need a level and leveling blocks when leveling your trailer. Run your stabilizing jacks down and check with your level where you are at. You can adjust your trailer by placing leveling blocks under the jacks that need adjusted and so forth. There are other videos online showing how to level your unit but we do not have one specifically for that.

I have a 2018 1940LTD and I don't have front scissor jacks, what's up with that
LTDs have never come with front jacks. The unit shown is not a LTD.
Where can I purchase the front scissor poles for the front bed?
