I've always wanted to make an edit like this and after watching s6 I knew I had to do it. Honestly I thought I was done editing but then dreamworks has to go and resurrect stucky. I wish I had more time to perfect this edit but school and whatnot. I'm surprised I actually finished. SV killed the transition around :25 and a few others but oh well.

Okay I think keith and shiro as brothers is awesome and klance is awesome but seriously
HOW THE HECK IS THIS NOT THE BIGGEST SHIP IN THE FANDOM????? Like, I'm sorry but Klance really doesn't have all THAT much evidence/subtext to it. Sheith, on the other hand, has history, TONS of super emotional and important moments to it, well fleshed-out characters that genuinely, canonically mean the world to each other, a friggin "I love you" and loads of hugs, plus rescues.....

Awesome Livy like i get that but it’s not like that has ever stopped any fandom before? honestly i prefer sheith as a brotherly relationship but i’m constantly blown away by the amount of people who either don’t ship it or actively hate the ship/people who ship it

Thank you! Since episode one I've been a Sheith shipper. I have nothing against Klance but there is so much Sheith it's feels like canon already. I also do not get a brotherly vibe from them at all, they just randomly started qualifying things with "brother" later in the show. Talita Brocanello makes an excellent comparison to Harry Potter about the brother thing too.
Shiro and keith have the kind of 'pull me back from the edge' relationship. And the more I look at it the more I see what could have been. You cannot tell me that had shiro and adam or shiro and curtis been in the same positions they would have been able to reel shiro back from the dark, bring him back home, jump of the cliff themselves just so he wouldnt have to fall alone.
ESPECIALLY curtis, no offense. Like dude SAT THERE when Shiro got punched and didn't even attempt to help him, Veronica did.
Man, that love and loyalty between them is astounding. I've very recently gotten into Voltron and couldn't help noticing the growth of Keith and his relationship with Shiro. I find it to be one of the most beautiful things about the show.😊

Natalia Gómez s8 was really disappointing. i think all of the characters felt kinda hollow and ooc. and shiro and keith never got final closure to their arc. it made me so sad seeing keith alone on their last day on earth. and even sadder that keith spent this entire show supporting shiro and never giving up on him and then he’s just alone at the end of the show. i wasn’t expecting a romance but none of the paladins even felt close at the end. they just meet up every year for dinner? wtf. yeah v disappointed 😔

What’s breaks my heart is that he was so devoted to finding Shiro and saving him, little did he know the Shiro that he found was indeed, a clone. And the Shiro he knew and loved.. was gone.. dead.
honestly I still cant believe how thick they lay on their connection like... Vld didnt need to go that hard... but they did. also I feel somewhat attacked cause sheith is as a romance pretty much my weakpoint in terms of tropes. Found family. deep loyalty, friends to lovers, timeskip and oh shit he is hot now, Also Keith tenacity to keep fighting for shiro no matter what. Wait shiro is dead? Not when Keith has anything to say about it.
and to think they made Shiro gay... awwww. Personally I dont believe Sheith is gonna truly happen on the show which funny enough seems to be the general Sheith fandom consensus? (Have only interacted with VOltron fandom since Shiro was outed by the creators @SDCC) But hey thats what fanfic is for.
Tom W sheith encompasses p much all of my favorite tropes like you said. what can i say, i have a soft spot for slowburn friends to lovers. when i first started watching vld i honestly didn’t rlly ship anything but shiro was my favorite and i remember laughing about how keith busted his “boyfriend” out of the garrison. but then season 2 came and immediately from the first episode where keith is saving shiro across an entire planet is when i really started to ship it, especially the episode with the blade of marmora where keith is afraid of losing shiro. honestly i thought that was all we’d get and was perfectly fine w that.
but wow look how far their relationship has come. i always go into the seasons w low expectations bc it’s a kids show first and foremost (i originally started watching this show w my little brother) and every time i’m blown away. i just take whatever the showrunners give and so far it’s been amazing. the staff has shown support and love for sheith. so even if vld doesn’t explicitly have shiro and keith kiss they still in canon have the strongest relationship on the show and keith still told shiro he loved him...not sure if you’ve seen the s7e1 spoilers but that has p much sealed the deal for me. i can die happy now. sorry this is so long lmao
yeah unfortunately season 7 seemed to rush to introduce a female candidate for Keith (that ex-Lotor general galra chick) which was...kinda annoying and shallow feeling tbh, after they really pushed the connection Keith and Shiro have.
KitschyLiepard acxa lol? 😂 tbh i didn’t get that vibe from them. i do think acxa respects keith and they’re kinda in this “we keep saving each others butts even tho we’re enemies kinda thing”
God whatever their love is, even if it's just brotherly or platonic or whatever, these two are downright soulmates. I don't care how many people think theyre just friends or brothers, or the people that see them as a romance. I see them either way. I see them as love, no matter what form it takes.
Also, dont know if anyone else noticed this or not, but when Shiro comes back into a physical form he falls sideways onto Keith- which I of course kind of squealed about, not gonna lie, plus how he talked to Keith first even though all the other paladins were there. But thats besides the point. What i noticed is that, technically, with how his right arm is gone, he should have fallen to the left, where the weight of his left arm was. But he didnt. The show made it look like he CHOSE to fall onto Shiro. Sorry if i read into it to much- but thats what it looks like to me. 💖

Lowkey random and way late but I wish krolia saw the scene in Keith's future memories where shiro told him he should have abandoned him like his parents did, because you could say she didnt know he was a clone and give her a deeper relationship of distrust with shiro idk I think they could have done a lot more with the series in general but like that's why we have awesome creators to make amazing edits like this!
Beautiful! The closest relationship between two people in the show is easily Shiro and Keith. This is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen!

In on version of these events lets assume that anakin won that duel on mustafar.
He did not lose his arms and lega
He was not horrifically disfigured by the lava
He was terribly mauled in that lightsaber duel with obiwan but survived with his full body and some knife scars his body
But still has his full body and his full force capabilities and can still channel force lightning
In the aftermath of order 66 anakin cones across the dying body of the youbg boba fett
Kid be dying. His life be hanging by a thread
Bobas full of anger hate and rage hes bull headed head strong and has only his temper his attitude and his anger.and little else to get him through a fight

In his odd way boba has somehow managed to exploot a chink in palpatines armor. In this regard the 3 are quite close in their healthy family relationship in a corrupted by evil sort of way
In his way palpatine has developed for the better to become a genuine father to his men sort of leader
He has taken on a wise knowlwdgable supportive living kindl god father sort of role in bobas life
So long as vaders serves palpatine loyally and unquestioningly(accept where boba is concerned for his aafety and well being ) palpatine is willing to overlook such related matters and permits vader a reasonable measure of disobediance from vader so long as it is in a respectful tactful manner
Likewise tolerates a playful bit of sass from boba in private so long. As he is otherwise respectful towards palpatine in a public setting
Palpatine is willing to permit vader and boba to be together
Though their relationship witheach other is anything but platobic in its nature
Where vader and boba are concerned
They are teetering on the efgeof making the changeover from friends to lovers but are fearful of taking that final step to become that much closer with Eachother in their imtimacy
