@@dimitrijelukic9583 It depends on the model. There are multiple models of this same switch. Some can use the on and off toggle in smart life. Others cannot and only have one function per tap mode (single/double). So you have to double tap for off.

I have the same situation. Tried several times, pushed the buttons, removed battery, restarted the zigbee gateway and nothing. Sending email to ask help.

The fact that you can't use it as a toggle to simply use single press for on and off renders this basically pointless as a switch.

My wireless switch is in continuous pairing mode as soon the battery is inserted but does not get paired...what to do 😢
