Yes, but dont expect the same level as damage it can dish out due to Mostima attack speed. What's good about Mostima S3 is it got slightly better range than Ash's S3 and also reduce everyone speed in her attack range by 45-54%.
Most of the time you only bring her skill 2 for 7 seconds stun lock at much lower cd, her skill 3 is good slow which buys more time for your other DPS to dish out damage normally.
Unless I'm reading it wrong or it's translated poorly, I think that you should be buffing mostima before she activates her skill since in the translation it says +90% attack when it's activated. Or maybe it just simply doesn't work like that, just wanted to point that out
Only used 4star healers, 5star snipers, cuora+2defender and silverash + friend's Eyjafjalla. just had to switch when Faust one shot my e1lvl20 defender. it's nice to see different variations to clear map stages but with gacha it's rng mostly f2p only has to work around (1)6star + friend's 6star+ 4-5star operators to reach 5-11.
SA actually would have been stringer i mean thats 3200 if thats sa skill he would do 400 actually so from mostima the first strongest to SA the first strongest
@@uxy7292 I personally get her from off rate and I must say that she's among the most skippable 6 stars in the game, akin to how Magallan and Aak are pretty much skippable unless you're into typical definition of normal stages definition of "fun" But my personal definition of "fun" along with many others tend to be Contingency Contract or Roguelikes along with Challenge modes, Mostima is kinda shite or at least too niche on that department to developers' intentional designs to make casters works superior with the Big 3 (Eyjafjalla, Ifrit, Amiya)
This kinda late but, Depends, SA is better as a dps that deals crazy damage with his S3, while mostima more as a crowd control unit since her S2 gives 7s stun and her S3 that gives 45% slow for the enemies + slighlty pushback

She is not top priority if you are f2p, but she provides alot of utility in terms of Crowd Control so she can be worth if you already got everything else necessary.

Indeed her damage is sad, she is more of a crowd control tool.
It's due to her slow attack speed. For example, Ash attacks 2.23 times faster than Mostima.
