How to set picture/photo as Dashboard background
Dashboard - custom photo:
Settings / Dashboard - Choose background image (but say NO when asked to turn all fields to transparent, you can do it manually on some fields - double tap the sensor field: Background and border: select Solid, Background color → mesh grid = transparent). Say YES only if you want to turn all fields on ALL pages to transparent. ATTENTION: this cannot be reverted, so first save a backup copy of your existing dashboard, just in case you need to restore back to original from backup.

If you added more cars in menu My Cars, you cannot select separate background photos for each profile in My Cars. Background photo is identical for all vehicles in My Cars.
If you changed 1 field to transparent, you can copy layout of one field to more fields on Dashboard:
2x click on field - Item editor - Copy to:
apply the same settings to all items of the same type on current dashboard (same page)

apply the same COLOR settings to all elements on the current dashboard (same page)

Very easy to mess up things and dashboard changes cannot be reverted. Yes, save a backup of your Dashboard file, frequently!

Some connection profiles have pre-loaded Dashboard pages (mostly EV profiles). After changing Connection profile, pre-loaded Dashboard will not follow automatically. How to get pre-loaded dashboard: use menu → My Cars + add new car, select new connection profile.
Alternatively: Settngs / Dashboard / Reset Dashboard to default (it will erase your existing dashboard, save it first).
if you activate GPS speed and GPS location, you get GPS Altitude as sensor, and your trips on Google map (in Data Recording)
