This is the solution the company sent me and it worked! ---> We are sorry for these inconveniences
The knob of grease inside the handlebar joint could, when the product is new, not be spread in the whole mechansim.
To thin and spread the grease, is sometimes necessary to rotate the side ball joints.
In order to do it, please force following the instructions below:
- Take one bare canopy wire
- Insert this wire in the adaptater hole
- Use this wire as a lever to rotate the canopy adapter several times and in both directions.
Do not hesitate to force, the mechanism will not break.
