I started watching this channel a couple of years ago when you were doing mainly men of war and it brings me joy to see you continue to play games that are similar. Best watch on yt
Omg that stug charge was awesome he deserve a cross iron medal for that he destroy an 85 mm and make surrender all the defenders without a single shot what a hero ♥️
I am really appreciating these RTS/modded video drops, along with the CoH videos as well. I've installed all the mods recommended mods here for MOWAS2 and Hell Let Loose and indefinitely getting my moneys worth... many thanks for all the advice.
It's same mission from the AS2 mod, call in the 88s and wait for the russian counteroffensive to get points to call in tanks. I love how soldiers run away if the NCO is killed and squads stop advancing if they are too far from their respective platoon leader.
4:24 As far as i know, not many german armoured vehicles where armed whit MG42, as if they heated to much, you would need to change the barrel, and it would be impossible in a tank, you would need to get the mg out of the coaxial/hull position, change the barrel, and put it in his position again, (this while in battle in not a big space to work), so only open top vehicles actually used the MG42
@@Ahmed-wb7ko it was a good mg as far as i know, but the tactics they did while using the gun, a suqad or riflemen for supporting a Mg, i dont think that is how it works
@@Ahmed-wb7ko the MG-42 was an excellent weapon -- so excellent that modern squad machine guns today are little changed! It just wasn't suited for a role such as described by the initial commenter
@@jrodowens Yeah. It could work as basically a heavy predecessor of the assault rifle, (ok, ok. i know there were better predecessors, like the federov avtomat, huot rifle and BAR) as i'm pretty sure you could change the fire rate down to a reasonable 700 or so RPM, or that's the MG34. Either way, the MG42 is basically everyone's favorite bullet hose (well, maybe i have some exceptions: Metal storm 1 million rounds a minute thingy firing 7.62 or something? dunno but it is a beast. The MAC-11 i guess? MAC-10 is more iconic but fires slower and in .45 instead of 9mm, increasing recoil and decreasing usable fire rate. then the M231, that thing is a beast. It's a mutilated M16A2, with an odd handguard, no stock surprisingly, no front iron sight, no rear aperture, just the carry handle. it is a firing port weapon, fires at like 1100 RPM or something? still shoots 5.56x45... thing was meant to only be used on the bradley m2s i think? the m3 is more of a cavalry vehicle with heavier armament. some soldiers defied what their higher ups said about never firing unless it's on the vehicle and basically walked with a bullet hose. the recoil was so high that it could break your arm) wait i really got sidetracked. and the MG34 is everyone's favorite balanced MSW, as i'm going to call it, medium support weapon. why did i just make a whole essay on fast firing weapons? alright i'm going to stop now. sorry if this was overwhelming, my body likes to info-dump. it's a by-product of ADHD and autism combined, sometimes I like infodumping, other times I try to not to avoid making everyone annoyed or bored. alright imma go
I mean to be fair if I saw a unmanned tank slowly travel two hundreds meters and then crush the biggest gun and her crew that we had I’d call it there too.
I appreciate the less rushed content. Always enjoyed your content and still do but for a bit everything felt like an advertisement that you really didnt care about.
when the large group of Russian infantry started to counter attack the first position, you should have used your arty, I was screaming USE THE ARTY USE THE ARTY!
@Raptor oh I thought the 105 had rnds...reds... way I like how you used your mech vehicles to support your infantry right after the Russians counterattack. Love the videos
I have the ps5 so I'm always playing hell let loose and enlisted I think both have the potential to be massive games but heros and generals and post scriptum id love to play but never been a computer person I always mess them up some how I was thinking about getting a alien steam machine so I could play on steam and its still a console but thank you love all your content
Looks awesome. But in the reinforcements menu, why didn't the creator just increase the amount of times you can use Panzer 3's etc, instead of making another reinforcement? I don't understand thier logic behind that lol.
I prefer Hell Let Loose. The one thing Post Scriptum does better in my mind is vehicle details and accuracy. PS has all the vehicle variants and paint schemes done very accurate while HLL is a bit of a mish mash with incorrect variants and camos. I can hop on HLL and kick absolute ass while in PS, things have to go well and I rarely have amazing games. I discovered Call to Arms and GoH:Ostfront 2 weeks ago and while the learning curve has been a vertical cliff, I’m absolutely addicted. All the vehicle variants, weapons and gear details are spot on and the potential is through the roof. I had tried the Company of Heroes and Men of War games but never felt the “it” factor was there. GoH Ostfront has that “it” factor and I hope they model the entire Eastern Front in terms of single player missions. I want to play the ENTIRE Battle of Stalingrad from Kalach and the Don Bend, to Mamayev Kurgan, the Grain Elevator, the Factory District to the surrender at the Department Store. I want it all, and now they have the tools to do it. I hope we see big updates from the developers.
I fear you may be disappointed with any future single player campaign from what I've read.. I do know they intend to expand the scope of game with more factions (presume they mean nations i.e. Western Allies, possibly Italy, Finland, Hungary, etc) but I've not heard anything about the campaigns or battles you have mentioned. Those do all sound amazing though, I agree. I'm frankly not sure what they are focusing on development-wise (dynamic conquest, single player campaign, multiplayer??) I'm like you having just bought the game recently and learning/loving it. Agreed about the learning curve. Playing the hell out of some dynamic conquest and have enjoyed playing around in the editor with sandbox matchups of units. EDIT: Even if developers don't make those, there is still a chance some modders will
Turns out losing that Stug III was the best move of the video. Imagine that...
Did you see that Men Of War II is coming out this year 🥵👀
That was hilarious 😅
What is the name of the mod? Can not find it on steam...

29:10 I would guess that its not a bug, but simulation of the dead driver still pressing the gas pedal :D
i had something similar with a enemy BT-5 - it kept running in circles for like 1-2 minutes until i put one more shell in it and killed the engine.
My thought too.
Omg that stug charge was awesome he deserve a cross iron medal for that he destroy an 85 mm and make surrender all the defenders without a single shot what a hero ♥️
I see the Germans learned Kamikaze from Japan using that rolling tank to take out that gun 😂lol
Love that Stug 3's commitment to the cause.😃😃

I've never seen a tank lose control like that, nonetheless roll over a flak cannon with such bravado hahah that was epic!
Skip to 29:29......dead driver causes tank to run over AT gun. GOLD!
Imo
I like hell let loose
Those fully modeled interiors always got me more interested in it
This looks amazing aye. Good work on the vid for it

Finally! The commander mod is here!

thats so true, nobody talks about the fact that the MG-42 was not that great in real life

Awesome First person Tank Gunner. Married with this RTS is Excellent 👍
Amazing videos 😍

Can't fire ammunition that does not exist as it was used in the initial assault.

Legendary Stug 🤣
That was dope

I'm pretty sure that's how gates of hell works, only one time reinforcements. I may be wrong though
Where can I find the next part of this mod game play?
0:00 bro just casually predicts the Ukraine-Russo war of 2022
Hell let loose wow
Hell Let Loose ftw!!
This mod is for men of war assault squad 2 correct?

Hell let loose
tried looking for this game but couldnt find it.....mind sharing the downloD LINK
sorry but i cant find name of this mod. what is it? GLORY TO RAPTORIA'
It looks like MOWAS2
I can not seem to find the mod link in the spreadsheet
It's just Old Boy's mod for Call to Arms.
Post Scriptum ftw
Personally I like hell let loose more. It is a little bit better in the sense of realism and has more to offer for gameplay
I prefer Post Scriptum hoping mod support will help get the player levels up again.
Great video ! Thx ! Is it a mod about Ukraine war 2022-2023 for men of war assault squad 2 please ?
Post scriptom better as a realistic shooter hands down
Why all your video have very low quality?
post scriptum for sure
The russians are in Ukraine since February 2014, thanks for your concern I guess
Hi raptor im first in the comments
First
Russia is not in Ukraine lol
Aged like milk
That map is rather vast! I really like the realistic scale
Updeating of Mods of this game died...
