That was a title match that had nothing but THRILLS!! I would have been happy either way, to be honest. About that stone 8 pin that Alexander left in the sixth, that was like a punch to the gut, and I felt that one all the way in Hackettstown.
What about Duane Fisher? Only National Tour win (he won 9 regional titles) was the 1990 Touring Players Championship and he immediately announced his retirement.
The only reason to talk about someone in that manner is jealousy. Instead of recognizing a great accomplishment you put it the man down. There is a very long list of professional bowlers with only one title to their credit. Make sure you add all of them to your “ one hit wonder “ list.
Lmao....im seeing in these early to mid 90s broadcasts that the 80s styles were way still prevalent through the 90s....I never knew that either, but look at some of the chicks.....that bouffant hair that needed its own seat in the stands. Little known fact:Webbs mullet was so epic, it was the alternate. Lol
Scott Alexander puts a tremendous amount of roll on the ball.
I’m left handed but can’t imagine ever playing where Couch was. That’s nuts!!!

Alexander is possibly the biggest one hit wonder in bowling, he made a show in Tucson in 96, shot 155 and was never seen again.

Jealousy is quite the emotion. A great accomplishment for one of the nicest guys you could ever meet.
@@stoneight299 How is that a jealous remark? It’s an observation.
