I installed 21c oracle database and i connected database thru SQL cmd prompt and it's connected. and then I open SQL Developer and tried to connect new database connection but I still get The network adaptor couldn't establish connection.

Sys is just user which have access to all database, you can copy of your tens entry & change user sys, you should able to connect using sys user

If you are using sql developer you can go with xe, sys is used if you want to create new database

You don't need to install it, just run it. For missing module please update your Java with latest version

It is not installed software, so you won't find it, did you get any error? Sometime it takes longtime please wait you get some error or it is opened

@viji viji yea bro ,i tried so many methodes some of theme should work ,but it didn't work for me ,so i delete java and sqldeveloper then i download sqldeveloper with jdk,tham it worked. but i think you can make it worked if you just download sqldeveloper with jdk.

First you need to install oracle 11g or 19c on your system if you don't have it, you need to setup password which installation which you can use in sql developer, hope this helps

Sql server is Microsoft product, it will have option to install mysql Workbench, need to select that while MySQL installation

But I have the data for the table and checked it using select statement. I have connected to the right database and I can view the table created under the schema but table is empty. What could be the issue?
