I play on vanilla with vpk mods, modding on full vanilla is made possible through said vpk modding which requires a vpk tool, if you want to mod your game in a similar manner, I would recommend hitting up the Northstar discord server and asking for help as im not the best person to explain how to vpk mod

Weapon viewmodel changes are possible with VPK modifications, which require a VPK tool.
You can look up a vpk modding tutorial on RUclips or go to the Northstar discord server, the people there are way more qualified to give tutorials and modding advice than I am.
