  • Ever wondered what happens when elite bodybuilders push the limits of their strength? In this video, we showcase jaw-dropping moments where top athletes like Chris Bumstead, Joe Sullivan, and Mike O’Hearn were simply too strong for the gym. Watch as Chris maxes out leg press and Bull Shark machines five weeks out from Mr. Olympia, defying the usual strength decline during prep. Witness Joe Sullivan bending a bar under immense weight and still managing to rerack it unscathed. And don't miss Mike O’Hearn’s unbelievable reverse grip, 500-pound bench press. These feats of strength are beyond what any normal human can achieve. Tune in to see these incredible displays of power!

Mike also made 100% of it this is what I have in mind... and a scientist can put on scale: do I work 18hours a day, study, experiment + academia or I do 3 academia lessons per week and I am well off-first option obviously have tool on health-but the best scientists had that drive, passion and were known for very little sleep because thay managed time that way but it was not optimal long run.. Hope you get what I want to say, you have few % of people who will take way more positives(with a good plan, genetics, support) than negatives in 7-10 years using. Yes, exactly this! Social media, celebrities, movies, influencers...portray things more than it seems. No one is gonna look or perform like this naturally and that is the reality. Not to mention they go on insane limited diets, can't live a normal life, and have a routine and regiment all built up to them. Plus being on gears shortens the lifespan and causes a lot of health problems later on. So it's really not so glamorous as it seems and more risk than rewards and you need extreme discipline and remember your why as you go that route.
So might as well be the best version you can be and be content that fitness is a journey and not a destination. You taking care of yourself and willing to put in the work for your future already puts you ahead a lot of people and something to feel good about.

A guy in Red Lake did this crazy shit after his kid died. He can barely walk now and probably be in a wheel chair soon. Very sad and hope he doesn't suffer for the rest of his life

@lachlanogrady What do you mean so what? I'm simply saying that the accomplishment is not that crazy because they use steroids. Meaning it's not natural strength. However, it's not like I have something against them using steroids. It's just not that great of an accomplishment.
