I’m just starting my CIPD 5, do you have any advice or video’s regarding how to write the academic assignments? I have never been to Uni so it’s a bit daunting at this point. You going straight to level 7 is impressive.

Hi Lish, thank you for this, this will definitely help keep up to date. Will be watching the other videos first like you said.
I'm new to HR 😂, do you know how to use excel for HR?
Word, PowerPoint and Outlook too for hr specifically? But mostly excel, thank you

    Hi Lish,
Thank you for this informative and vividly narrated video!
I am an HR professional with 3 years of industry experience and just completed my masters in HRM which was an accredited program. However, just wanted to confirm if it is mandatory to get a student membership as a pre-requisite for the accredition?
    Thank you in advance!

      Hi Letisha,
Congratulations on completing your masters, an amazing achievement!
It is not mandatory to get a student membership. Now that you have graduated you should now be able to gain your associate membership if you have met all of the requirements regarding the CPD professional development that is required alongside your masters to become an associate member.

Hi Alisha, I am researching the different types of qualifications available as I am looking to certify my knowledge of training design and delivery; however, I am not interested in working in the HR department. I would like to be an excellent trainer and training manager at my organisation, which would require me to know how to design learning plans and provide training. I could not find any qualification that would focus on what I need exactly except for the CIPD, however, it is only a part of the CIPD course that covers learning and development, performance management, training design and delivery. I wonder if you could recommend any other qualification/accreditation that would be focused exclusively on certifying my expertise in training design and delivery. Thank you for the video; I am learning how to navigate this space in the UK; I am from Poland originally, in Poland the HR department and the learning & development department are typically separate entities; the HR dep is focused on recruitment and the T&D on people's development and training delivery.
