I like it. Props to WG for releasing an actual BALANCED tank. I love the overall flexibility of it. Good in really any situation.
Props for releasing a somewhat balanced tank meanwhile releasing at least 5 super OP game breaking tanks? That's hardly a balance.

I feel like it's just a worse Renegade, turret armor is so much more flat than the Renegade's, which feels more like a tier nine turret with a weakpoint.
That's not to say this is a bad thing, balanced premiums are better than OP premiums
It feels like progetto 46 vs. škoda T-27
Prog is better in every single way except inter-clip reload
Rene is better than Mivy in every single way except the tracks.

I want to like this tank, I really do. The reserve track mechanic seems really cool but it feels so useless. Why bother aiming for the hull when you have a fat cupola
this is the main problem with the tank.
You have to hide it as often as you can, but of course not always possible
Always turn your turret up after firing, then they can't see the cupola anymore. Helped me a ton
@@inlovewithgoats1092 If you turn your gun up there is a weakspot under your gun where they can shoot also. Realized this when a Lowe player was constantly threading shots under there.
@@nelly411 Yeah, but the weak spot is smaller and better armoured than the cupola. I still think its worth it
pulled it from the crates and wasnt happy at first, but after a few battles I have to say I like it quite a bit
I get it from my 1st crate and try some battles, about 20 but no I just can't find single reason to play with this instead of Renegade, and I'm not even meta player I play even shit tanks if they looks good but this is even ugly AF, but I'm actually looking forward for it's tech tree counterpart which looks nice and even don't have the worst stats

Side armor works so much better on Renegade, this tank has lumps and bumps in the side that are easy penetration.
That “someone” also thinks Strv S1 is bad, 140, 430U, Patriate and defender are just ok, and CS 63 is god like. No medicine for stupidity, indeed.
and don't forget that "someone" rated strv 103B as only great performer and grille as decent choice only. he compared every single tank to heavy tanks. I unsubscribed, Skill is better in every possible way and "someone" just makes me angry.
@@pillalilla You know what I’ve noticed? “Someone” tend to rate the tanks that are obviously trash higher than they deserve. Why? My baseless speculation is he tries to show what a special unicorn he is. He can make trash tanks work. Also, he almost never give a conclusive guide for whether or not a premium tank is worth of buying in his youtube. You watch his entire video, and can still be clueless about the tank’s value. Skill is so much better in that regard.

Skill, what is your opinion on who is the better World of Tanks player (hypothetically speaking)?: The player with 10,000 wn8 rating and 50% win rate, or the player with 8,000 wn8 and 65% win rate?

That question is irrelevant, the better player is the one woth the highest recent Dpg's and thats that.
The answer is simple: if the sample is large enough, say 1000+ matches, then the WR is more relevant as it shows the influence of the player. If the sample is low then the WN8 is the better indicator as it is more or less independent of win/loss.
A good scout for example can have very bad WN8, but can have very high WR due to its influence besides damage.
@@juanzulu1318 very well said. just maybe the sample could be bigger something like 3000 battles as my WR fluctuates widely.
@@test_nametest_surname1794 ehh no, at the highest level winrate is irrelevant, you have good winrate no matter what, what matters is wheater or not you do 4k+ damage per game in tier 10 or not, if you do that then your a pro. If not fhen delete the game. Also another way of seeing if a player is good is Marks of excelence, if a player has 2 marks on Chief , he can easily 3 mark every single techtree tank and is a pro, if a player has 3 marks on Sconq then he is decent.
I like this tank more than renegade its just more mobile i feel like im playing a medium

Hi Skill you refer to this tank as "Good" and yet it is shown in the index as merely "Playable". I use the index daily and think it the best available for guidance even for experienced players.

Hmm. I don't know. Gun mostly does not work (maybe even less than E75ts), turret is unreliable or reliably penned at close range and even roof of the tank seems penetrated often as soon as I aim at someones lower plate. I don't like it, I don't hate it, there are better premiums and there's no reason to play it. In tier 10 battles it's sadly quite useless. E75TS is much faster, especially on soft terrain due to terrain resistance.

E75ts is what Phanter 2 should have been.

Hi skill no hate but I do not understand why this tank is rated as good but e75 ts which is quite similar is in the playable category, e75ts has better penetration, gun handling is basically the same, e75 ts has better armor and even for angling even better speed and M- IV-Y has a big dome so if someone plays hull down, the dome first sticks out from behind the hill , and renegade is the same case , no armor against even tier 7 or tier 8 and I'm not talking about those tie 10 battles when I played with renegade so I tried to figure out how people can record 3 marks with it and I had 2.2 dpg and 600k avgspot on the game with it which is not so bad. I understand that we all have different preferences, but good luck to you in the new year :)
I'm not skill but Renegade is much better then E75 TS, had them booth, played many games, ok turret is more reliable in TS, but Rene has more trollish lover plate and gun handling is much better, it snapshots with ease, while TS needs full aim like all German tanks.
@@mrki412 Im not skill too but I understand that everyone has a different opinion and I respect yours but I do not understand that everyone almost says that the renegade has a decent armor and when I played with it I was afraid to go out on 6 tier tanks in front because the lower armor does not strike anything, the dome also and when they hit you on the side like every American tank, so they always beat you, and I'm not talking about artillery that they have already given me for 750dmg, and this is nonsense that you said that every German tank needs to fully aim a shot, so try for example leopard 1, e50m, etc. but since we are talking about heavy tanks, the Tiger 2 is definitely better than the renegade and the cannon is much more accurate and without aiming. Renegade has just better mobility but that's all. With Tiger 2 at least I'm not afraid to go ahead and sidescraping even against 9 and 10 tier tanks and there is such an interesting fact that renegade will give most shots below average, but even E 75 ts, I do not know if anyone noticed?

@@jurajhudo6703 Tiger 2? Just dab 2 key and he is dead, with Rene I ding most of the shots when I move sideways. I liked Tiger 2 but even with buff it is at max average tank. Also gun depresion, you forget about it how it is important.
@@mrki412 what do you get from gun depression when you have a big dome that enemies can easily hit enemies even at great distances and I'm not saying when they are close and when you go up the hill so the dome sees the first

So you require an absolutely broken unbalanced piece of shit before you wanna buy something? Your purchasing tactics are what ruined this game in the first place. This tank is just fine and it’s better than most of the other crate tanks.
Have you played it? I think it's a pretty good tank, decent armour, quite nimble, not OP particularly but definitely not a POS
M-IV-Y is good tank and probably one of the best of lootboxes. Bofors is just one trick pony(bad in most cases unless you got first to the full hulldown) and Caliban is troll. 122 TM is pretty decent tank also. Skoda is pretty OP, but has one of the worst gun handling + not that great pen for heavy tank.
They are not bad, they are balanced, Caliban and Tornvagen are bad, but T56 is great and this tank plus TM 122 are good, so in average pretty good tanks.

I think the extra track mechanic is extremely useful for bad players but not useful at all for good players who keep track of their repair kits etc. Which makes it kind of a strange feature.
It´s just kind of an emergency, when you get tracked while getting back to cover so you save your repairs(or maybe yourself, if you dont have repairs available and need to get away from rapid fire tank) and a milisecond maybe. Nothing more nothing less. Not anything great, but not bad either at certain situations.
Why?You have big tumor on roof noone shoot you on tracks anyway..

He never said it's only good with gold; he simply used full gold for 3-marking it because it's easier.
