I ignored this tank for a very long time but it was a mistake. I love this tank. It has my highest win rate in a tier 10 at 66%. I love the 6 second reload and how accurate it is. I use the "little" gun for reference.
I got caught out bigtime by some one with the little gun, feeling confident I had the reload and repair speed to deal with it, ended up very dead.

If it had only 400 and 7 sec it would be great but at 360 its not great
Doesn’t help that the tank is humongous as a barn either. I personally think the way to fix it is to make the small gun a laser, and the big gun a bit more like T57 gun in terms of handling.
i love this tank! having a 6.1 second reload and the highest standard pen at tier x (i think…268mm on the 105) is very dangerous when you can fire multiple times and it makes lots of enemies panic when you start firing at them.
For the record: AMX M4 54 with the small gun has 270 standard pen. Though the shell velocity of the M-V-Y is fabulous!

when you raise your gun with this tank and try to hide your cupola, you actually make your under side of turret weak :)
Hide the cupola and the bottom of the turret gets penned. If you have it elevated perfectly then you get penned in the the turret brackets.
6:00 people like this always make me giggle, do you really expect someone to waste a shot on you when you sidescrape on a corner like this? So why even move back and forth. You could as well just park and go for a toilette break.

One of my favourite tier X tanks... Not superior to other hull down monsters, but not bad when it comes to versatility too... Small alpha but low recoil, not bad aiming time and accuracy, gun feels good. Armor is not decent, but you can play around it from time to time. Speed is also kinda OK. I mean, it doesn't have main strength, but it also has no main weaknesses. For me personally it is good X tier vehicle, far from the best, but definitely from being unplayable.
I feel like this tanks biggest problem is that no one is scared of it. For example the jagdpanzer might be a pretty bad tank nowadays but no one wants to get hit for 1000, this tank has low alpha damage and people aren't afraid to push you and will just rush you for no reason many times. Other than that it's just a worse E5.

After playing this tank for a few games I feel that it’s balanced all things considered. To make it a ‘great’ tank the gun handling needs to be improved. With a gun with this low alpha you expect it to have medium levels of gun handling but that’s not really the case. Secondly the pen on the heat is just a little bit too low to be considered good, 315 is 15mm lower than a standard med heat pen. If those buffs came in I can see this tank being a heavy medium
I agree with gun handling, it's pretty shit. However prem ammo pen is ok. What they need to improve is the weakspot. Both tier 9 and 10 have numerous weakspots it's not even funny.

I hate this tank, it needs a Buff urgently. He doesn't feel like a tier 10 at all. For a heavy, he doesn't intimidate anyone and is weak as a paper.

actually i am choosing what tank to grind basing on how is the tank standing when i play against it. And to be honest MVY is not the easiest opponent in the right enviroment to be fair. Never the less it feels like a meatball when you face it with superconq or other meta heavies that are hulldown monsters so propably im not going to grind it any time soon

I hated with all my heart every single tank until this one. Tier X is finally actually playable for me.
I think many heavy tanks are considered weak just because S.Conq exists, because it is just better than most tanks in every way except mobility. If SConq would be nerfed a bit (and WG probably will do that when they wanted to nerf it with Vz55), tier X heavy meta could be quite balanced.
For me...4 stars! Turbo, rammer and vert.stab and tank works like charm😊 It is not tank for nothing, but to surprise enemyes..
I logged in yesterday and played 2 games after 1 month of not playing . Top player by PR on both teams (tier X games) was 4200 and on avarage players were 2-3k PR. I am not best player out there with 9k PR but this is disgusting to be MM'd with players like this . There is no hope for good games when all players quality is that low and both games lasted for 3 min. There is no joy in winning games like this and there is even less pleasure in losing games 0-15 .I don think WG will fix this game ever when they damaged it by XP boosters and blueprints, no one is learning to play this game these days instead all unskilled and unaware apes are paying for boosts and free XP to push asap for tier X to find out they are still shit as they were on tier III . Hopeless .

Should have given it the 3-shot autoloader it has from console. At least that ro make the gunhandling for the smaller gun Leo 1 levels of accuracy. As it is now, its below average and its competition is quite a bit stronger when compared to the better T10 Heavies/Heaviums.
Hy, i have a problem in the game with the minimap. I do not have mark on the minimap about the players which was spoted. Where i can set up this option? In the general options on the first page, i didn’t find anything about this option. Can somebody help me pls? Thank you.
any mods? dont know that it is possible to deactivate the markers on the minimap
I researched the line when it came out up to tier 8 and abanndoned it. I decided to research the full line now that it's top of the tree. I actually enjoyed playing all tier 8, 9 and 10. I feel that M-V-Y is a balanced tank. Yes it's not better or on par with the S Conqueror but it's decent tank to play with. I quite enjoy it. I guess it's down to personal preference.

Bought this tank yesterday and i like it. To be honest with you all, hate to play vs this tank. I simply do not know where to aim it. Yes, it does have small alpha damage but reload time is very good.
I met you in a game earlier as team mate said you in team... I went from TD mode to light tank mode for spotting for you plus team as knowing you will help team to win. I banned in WOT chat earlier maybe because i listen to Claus Kellerman also about WOT... lmfao ;)

Tier 9 is extra pain. u will get ammo racked in each game and it have paper armore with 2 capola on turrent
I was disappointed in this line. Seems like every new line is a little more OP than the previous one, except for this one. Pretty ordinary and lacklustre, nome of these tanks are a keeper. I grinded up to tier 9 and wondered why I bothered.

I used to play this with 120mm big boy gun....reached 83%MoE before qutting the game.... the lack of alpha in 105mm gun & the 300mm penn on gold shell of 120 makes this tank suffer. 360 dmg just didn't cut it for me

I was happy when I got it but after 25 games and a sad 25% wr I gave up on it sure I'm not the best player but most of my tanks over at the 45-50% and even 65 on my favorite tanks my lowest tanks are in the 30%+

You don't know how to play this tank...this is a sniper support tank, not a front line tank...this means that you have to sit behind a cover, just your turret peaking out and support your front line tanks from distance by sniping out the tanks...basically play like a TD, you cannot go front, it ends quickly, unless you are going against Tier VIII tanks and still you have to be carefull...also it is very good playing a medium tank lines wtih this tank, where you have better chances to score...if you don't show your hull, they will most likely to keep bouncing you as well...I like this tank a lot 😉
Not really a good "heavy" tank then. If that was the idea, they should change it to a med and improve mobility, gun handling and camo.

The thing is with this tank is the platform is actually pretty solid. The guns are just both so objectively worse than the rest of the competition.
The thing is, the tank just looks like an abomination, disformed and just ugly. So yeah not surprised it´s not that liked.

Those rolls under 300 is good damm hurtfull and if you trade with e-100 285-850. This tank looks cool and have cool track mechanic but its not very good.

@@Hyphessobrycon I quess youre right. Im a player that prefere a good alfa you know e-100, 60 tp and so on. I always feel like you win trades you shoot then drive back around corner and repeat. But if you want good dpm i would prefere a medium tank.

A lot of rounds I are only hiting 10% of your shots.

You're a bit of a scumbag for not helping the vz55 to kill the maus. People watch your streams and try to emulate you and this is why I end up in games with half the tanks going against the meta to try to be a solo heroes. Please try to set a good example.

You're on drugs there's no way. This is one of the best tanks in the game I absolutely love this thing and I dominate with it to be fair I've been playing with US tanks since beta so I've learned to get really good at hull down fights, but no shot this is a bad tank.
