thank alot man ur a life saver!!! you explain soo clear, my lecturer sent my another utube video and it didnt explain jack then i found this one, thnx i really need it for my project! i dnt no what im gna do in my last yr when i hav to do a disatation on my own! god help me
@Angeleyes7868, no problem at all. You'll be fine. There are lots of good websites out there to help you get through the stats. Get a book on using SPSS too. They can be invaluable.
Thanks so much for this informative video, can I ask a question please? I have two conditions (2 independent variables) and I am interestedin finding the univariate, just the way you did. I am confused a little. When I insert the values in SPSS, I do it for the first group (50 individuals) and then I start with the second group from the 51st row in SPSS. The values for both the groups is (1,2) and (3,4) respectively. However, I don’t know how can I calculate interaction of these two independent variables. I cannot put the second independent variable within the same row as of first because the responses for the dependent variables are different for both the groups. So I need to have 100 rows to put all the responses. Sorry, I’m beginner and I would appreciate if it’s possible to advise me a little please. Thanks
Ian trying to set up a MANOVA of 3 groups of eleven that have different independent variables interactive on line, live, and video instruction. The dependent variable are usefulness, difficulty , and importance. How would I analyze the data?
So I assume that this particular arrangement has no control group and only has one treatment (hot sauce allocation) that is given to both experimental groups?
Thank you Michael! Saved my life

This was such a massive help ! You explained it nice and simple with good detail and it wasn't long winded
thank u so much! u taught me more than my stats teacher ever did
Beautiful thanks
Very helpful video. Thank you.
How did you arrive at F(1,14)?

legen wait for it dary
So I do this but only AFTER i have cleaned up my original data after assumption testing - outliers, normal distribution, homogeneity of variance?

My results seem to come out different than what you obtained. I'm confused.
And because there are specific hypothesis versus an exploration so this is an a priori situation which does NOT require ad hoc tests?
How do I message you about ANOVA? I'm way too confused. Thank you :)

can i ask you a question? actually ill send you a message :)
