The song 'Soon' starts at 02.40 if you want to skip the scene ;)
I fandubbed this song before, 6 years ago, so I really wanted to re-do it with my good mic and everything that I have now :)
And of course I've improved as a singer and as an actress over the years, I hope you like it ^^
Thumbelina and Mother done by me.
Please don't forget to subscribe and press the little bell to stay up to date on my channel! Love you guys!

Wow! It was so heartfelt, that I was actually crying listening to this. And if it did that, then that's a good thing. Then again I always get teary-eyed when hearing this heartfelt song from Thumbelina.
I think Jodi Benson would be proud hearing this cover you did.

      You're welcome. ;)
I watched some your other videos you did, and I'm very impressed. I actually do voice-impressions myself, and occasional song covers too. Being an actor in live-action and voice-over is my life-long passion and goal in life. I've even met a fair few actors myself, and even demonstrated some of the things I can do. One actor I met, Neil Kaplan was quite impressed, and even gave me helpful advice when doing voices that I have taken to heart since then.
I also noticed you auditioned for Magpiepony's Pinkie Tales. I did too, but I obviously failed to get any of the roles.
You should check out the videos I do, especially my impressions, past voice-over auditions, and song covers I did. I'm actually working on a few song covers, like "Say Goodbye to the Holiday" and "Luna's Future" for Christmas, a male cover of "We Got This Together" from MLP: The Movie, and a cover of "Open Up Your Eyes" but as Darth Vader. What do you think of that?

Thanks! :) I work professionally as a voice-actress and singer, mostly in Dutch but English/American as well.
Those sound like good ideas for future videos for your channel, keep it up! I had a listen to some and I'd say your impressions are really good, but don't forget that it starts with acting and the heart of the character. Maybe take some more acting lessons and then add the 'character voice' as a nice bonus :)

Well, you're luckier than me if you work professionally as a voice-actress and singer. I wish I had that same opportunity. I'm more self taught. A diamond in the rough, so to speak. I do agree with you that I need acting lessons to polish to shape. But acting schools are expensive in Australia where I live. Then again, all acting school cost a pretty penny. The closest I had to an acting lesson was when I meet the voice-actor, Neil Kaplan, who I found out later is a teacher of voice-acting at the University of Acting and Arts in California. He gave me tips, like when doing impressions or voices, don't just *"do"* the character, *"be"* the character. And I've taken his advice ever since.
Your advice is good, and I'll see what I can do. Thank you. :)
