    As an American citizen, I want our neighbors to the north to be a successful and strong country. To get something of that nature, you have to look up independent jouralists based from Canada which are few and far in between.

    Who are these federal consultants? Are they Canadians, Indians or Chinese? I have been looking for work for the whole of last year. Even with a Masters degree in CS, I can't get an interview. All the jobs for Canadians are sold out to international agencies who are hiring locally at lower pay. The Canadian government has failed their people.

    Erin Otool was voted out by his own party because of refusing to meet and talk with the trucker convoy leaders over covid policies. The conservative party became split between those happy to go along with government mandates, and those who where sympathetic to the protests of the people. Candice Bergin became the interim leader when Otoole was ousted by his own party, but she did not want to run as leader and resigned from politics after Pollieve was voted in.

      It’s mostly blame-shifting. If you are about to make a decision that could turn out badly, you hire consultants to make that decision for you. If things go badly, you can blame them. And of course nothing bad happens to them either; your company and the consultancy firm are in cahoots; they are happy to get paid to take blame, as long as that happens on the hush-hush. It’s no surprise that the reputation of consultancy firms is way worse inside the companies they work with, than their public reputation.

    PoV regarding immigration.
    India and Mexico easily let their people go out without thoroughly filtering candidates.
    As a Filipino, I strongly believe this since our Government are so strict in letting us go outside the country, even if it's for a damn vacation. Ask any Filipino about the chances of them getting off boarded, it's ridiculous.
    But I still believe that if you wanna work or live in the West, you must be competent, hardworking, and educated, regardless of the job you get in the West.

    I don't understand, can someone please explain to me. Why Canada doesn't cancel/stops work visa of all/most work immigrants. Stop accepting student visas, especially from a muslim countries. Track people on student Visa who don't study, and using the visa as a method to bypass immigration. I don't understand why Liberal West that accepted way too many people from different culture, people who don't want to assimilate, why not to lagislate a law to deport some of them. Why a country has to pay for mistakes of the past, made by corrupt politicians.
