This is similar to a painting I did a few months ago. I've started using the watery white glaze to diffuse distant foliage and I love it! I had to laugh at your Bob Ross moment... "We need a big happy tree". LoL What did you do to your left wrist? I hope it's not too serious! Sending healing vibes! Thank you for being you and doing these lessons!
Those glazes make a world of difference on pieces like these! I just did more weight than I should have on a bench press. The lesson was learned and were healing 😅 Also, thank you for the kind words 😊
I personally like to leave them unpainted, as I love the look of canvas. However, you could paint them with a dark grey or just continue the painting along the edges. That can render a great look!
