Amazing interview. As a recovering alcoholic I was very sceptical of trying magic musrooms to help with long term depression but after exhausting ever other avenue I went all in. The results were profound. Within a matter of weeks my depression was gone and hasn’t returned. They showed me the truth about myself and provided me with the route out. God bless plant medicine.

Really enjoyed this video! I have a lot of respect for both of these guys. I’m 51 and have been working out since I was 14 years of age. I got told when I was 30 that if I keep training i will be in a wheelchair by 50 as I have serious spinal problems. I did not listen to them and kept training but for the last 5 years I have been suffering with low testosterone and struggling to workout. I have just started my journey with BMH and I’m starting to feel the benefit. Weight training is keeping me from being in a wheelchair

Dorians always been a man of integrity, honesty, genuine, trying to help others, and always not get bogged dwn by the bs of the sport and it's corrupt marketing.
Today, He's still an inspiration. I learned most of my training from him started following him from 1990 n training from 91, though had illnesses and setbacks, Mike Mentzer and Dorians training philosophy stands up to science and truth.
As The rest of the industry profits off- and is confusion,
An environment of Recovery facilitates Growth, and is the key to success.
After adequate brief intense stimulation near to failure.
Vital Periodic rest n deloading , to avoid injury and for longevity, is the only improvement to Dorians Philosophy.
AKA not training hvy intensively all the time,
but allowing body: nerves tendons to regenerate adequately, that may have helped Dorian avoid those injuries...
and Ronnie also with his mad superhuman strength.
The ligaments spine joints tendons need rest n recovery too.
It's not just about the muscles.
Also the nervous system needs rest and the hormones replenished etc.
Sleep is such a big factor too.
As we all know, Stress is a killer and counter, and the nemesis to growth,
being that cortisol is the arch enemy of Insulin, HGH and Testosterone, and being hyper stressed all the time is not going to help health, nerves or do anything beneficial,
including gut Biome and immune system, and destroy it eventually, if not had respite, renewal or regeneration.
Rest is key and Sabbaths essential. For health.
Sadly when younger, our egos rule, from conditioning of supposed masculine ideals that are false, pagan, and counter productive to Mens mental emotional and thus later on, as we age, physical health.
It's not till our 40s or 50s we realise the bs we've been fed. Mostly by the feminists, Marxist and Fascist social engineers that control the Media and Entertainment industry.
Then the Fitness industry uses it to sell and market that demand to supply the products to serve that delusional fallacy.
    BIG Food
    BIG Pharma
    Big Media and Entertainment
    BIG Fitness and Fashion...
All work together to feed the Lies of The Babylon Mother Matrix and create serfs to it.
Only when ppl step back from the ego, can they realise, as King Solomon said,...
    It's All Vanity.
    🥺

And not to tangent but he has opened his mind with therapeutic psychedelics for personal growth and healing. So if you notice, a LOT of influences today have openly discussed this aspect of their medicinal enhancements.

Dorian is one of the greatest as far as bodybuilding and persona wise no doubt about it. He’s got a lot to offer. It is sad to see how little he knows about our God though. There is a lot more to it. If we look into the word there are 3 world ages one has passed we are in the 2nd and the third is yet to come. We are in a fallen world for a short period of time to choose for ourselves to love and follow God and withstand and weather the storm help each other and lead by example. God was gracious enough to give us an opportunity to prove ourselves by going through this world being born of women once rather than destroying everything. What’s your shbg? Calculated free testosterone? It’s possible that whilst your total testosterone looks like it’s in the normal range that your free testosterone may be low. Shbg increases with age leaving you with lower free testosterone. You may have also had higher levels of total testosterone when you were younger and 23.6 may be low for you. More likely is that your free t is low.
