Cheers, Dave! Great minds think alike they say. I just made a beautiful trailside pasta myself yesterday. Wasn't smart enough to think of making some mini meatballs, though. This looked great. I'm going to have to look now and see if we have any kind of single size pasta sauces because yours looked perfectly portioned. 2 people? Heck no. I like my pasta saucy, so 1 person. Hope you guys had a blessed Easter, my friend.
