Caviezel was tapping Emerson to tell Emerson he could answer the question first. Actually for American men, you'd have to be pretty comfortable with a guy before you'd tap their tummy as casually as that. So, they must be friendly.
CBS never appreciated what they had with POI to give it a full last series. At least it got a final series, even if it wasn’t as fleshed out as I woulda liked.
@@jonathancooper4914 Well season 4 went downhill fast with poor writing. Shame because the first 3 seasons were phenomenal. Never saw the final season so I'm not sure if it improved or not.
Seemed kinda like Caviezel is more comfortable with Emerson explaining the show, thus the tap. I dunno. They seem very relaxed around each other though.
What I meant to say is that I read somewhere that Jim Caviezel stayed with Michael Emerson in Emerson's apartment in New York when they made the pilot for Person of Interest. If that is true then I bet by the time of this interview they are pretty good friends, so the whole 'touching the tummy' thing is I no big thing.
People (who care for some reason), PLEASE. He tapped him in an unobvious way to let him answer first so it wouldn't look like he was hogging the interview time. Quite a classy gesture I think. It did seem like girlfriend was giving Cavizel all of the time, so...coolness for you, C.
Listen carefully and you can hear Caviezel's slight Germanic accent; his father is of eastern European descent. It's not evident when he plays Reese which means he is well schooled in diction. :)
His bio says Romansh, which is a Swiss ethnic group. So...close. Maybe Swiss was one of his first languages? He also has some Slovak in him as well so he could have spoken several languages as a child.
@@sparkly21 not true. The majority of children can learn any language, and multiple languages, if they start early enough. ADHD and dyslexia shouldn't effect language acquisition in spoken form. Jim is a very good linguist and speaks several languages.
Yeah I think it was more giving him the go ahead to talk first, i don't know about you, but when you get a question and either person could answer the last thing you want is to talk at the same time and be like, "you go first," "No you go first" kind of thing.
When he said 'No side effects' , he was joking about being struck by lightning and shaking. Apparently there were flames coming off his head for a split second.
Not nearly as improbable to be struck by lightning when you're on a cross portraying the Death of the Lord Jesus Christ for many hours on end and probably many days of filming those scenes back to back. But Jim Caviezal wanted as realistic of a recreation of what our Lord went through for himself and it helped make Passion of the Christ one of the better recreations of that part of the Bible. Can't wait to see how Passion of the Christ: Ressurection turns out!
Yeah and I don't know why, I catch the same vibe, but can't place my finger on why.. personally idk why Michael wouldn't be liked. He's funny, he's smart, handsome, seems like he cares a lot about others. Hmm

The polite thing to do would be to turn to your co-star and nod or say "would you like to take it?" I would never do that to a co-worker, let alone one of my friends. It comes across as demeaning.

An underrated comment just like the show
@@rishiydarshan4363 why thank you.
I agree. I think it shows that they are very comfortable with each other as actors and as people.
he wears that little bit of gray in his hair very well. Wow, very handsome...
Which one ? 😍😍
"successful my be too strong of the word"
he is talking exactly like harold finch in the movie :D

I know right 😍
It's just a cue. Don't read too much into it...
That was a damn good show..CBS was STUPID to end it.
For real though. Now you have Jonathan Nolan writing for Westworld. Imagine if CBS had retained him. What a buncha dumbasses.

Michael is so cute 😍❤️🥰
He is awesome, michael is great too
Also during the filming of passion of the Christ, while doing the whipping scene it missed the bored and cut like a 13 or 17 inch gash into his back.
he was struck by lightning? so now he is the flash.

he touched his tommy, luckily his aim is not out

Yes. Jim loves his wife Kerri and doesn't like women throwing themselves at him.

Yes
Jim Caviziel played Jesus in The Passion of The Christ. He and Mel Gibson have started production on The Resurrection. Should be in cinemas 2023.

idk why but i feel like caviezel isn't that fond of miachel, both great actors though

Jim cavizel is the best actor
I think he is good with the god
He like the Islamic person. I hope one day he be an Islamic person
i don’t think he’s muslim, go watch his movie Infidel.
Jim Caviziel is a devout Catholic, so he wouldn't convert to Islam. He can speak Hebrew and Aramaic. Peace be with you any way.
BLAHAHAHAHAHA
Freaky wierd that Reese cannot Man Up in real life.
Well, I think Jim is a real gentleman imo. 🙂
He played Jesus Christ in passion, get strucked by lightning, and heart surgery. I don't think that is not enough to be called man up
Wow Jim...poking your co-star in the stomach? Really? How patronizing of you.
I think they're casual friends/co workers, not sure there's an issue there 🤔
