Jeep owners put them on the jeeps of fellow jeep owners if they like your jeep. It's called "ducking". I had my cj7 ducked a couple times back in Michigan. Weirded me out till I found out on a forum. Like "who's putting rubber ducks on my damn jeep when I'm out and about?"
