Try forward, quarter circle forward (like hadoken). The "z" is actually forward, down, down-forward. Most of the times, forward-qcf will work.

Akuma special rageing demon I can never pull off in STF5 but in STF4 can do every time easy "die one thousand deaths"

you need to activate V-Trigger and you need to actually press foward, in SF4 Akuma's raging demon can be done with both direction if you use Ultra 1
