The brickwork in the wingwall portion is not explained correctly. The length of 0.5 m wall should be 1.8 m and the length of 0.4 m wall should be 1.1 m only then this will make sense. Otherwise you have to convince me how 0.4 m wall is longer than its base? It didn't make any sense. I found rare videos explaining the quantities of wing wall brick portion explained. It may be printing error in book, I don't know but it isn't make any sense. If you see the figure clearly, you can see the length of the 0.4 m wall is 1.1 m (Top Right part of Plan) (Refering the book by BN Dutta page 399).
I am quite confuse in first class brick sir. 1step of wing wall is straight,and second step(40 width) is in slope and straight. In book differently estimate, for is book estimate is wrong sir.
