The balance between the lightheartedness and the more dramatic moments is extremelly well handled! I'd have happily sat through an extra 1hr and 20mins of it! :)

I kept a newspaper article for a long time about this. How children were used in cole mining, I think it was the great depression that caused parents to use their children. Not for certain though
Must be hard for a child to stay into this place.. I mean.. him should be with other child.. It was very much a responsible to think about these everything we have.. We love our place we grow and live but I guess.. we had to learn to let go from it.. because we became attached to it.. maybe we could visit is place once in a week to see if everything is ok.. And maybe try not to leave or hide things from place that maybe we could not remember again.. it would make us free from thinkin about it..
