I'd go with Shalimar Tonka, Musc Noir Rose and Black Opium Le Parfum. (I do really like D&Gs Devotion as well.) 😊 That being said, Im getting a few releases from this year for Christmas, so it will be interesting to see if I change my mind. Especially with the Shalimar Iris.
I also love the Hermes perfume! It’s inspired by the Greek island of kythera I can’t choose between these as my top for 2023: Prada paradoxe intense Zara rose gourmand, fields at nightfall, velvet shadow Korres apothecary wild rose
I've only bought one new release this year... Penhaligon's Solaris. I have bought other perfumes, but they were released in previous years. I was so disappointed with most of the new designer releases I tried this year unfortunately
I've only bought two new releases in 2023: Prada Paradox Intense and Chloe Nomade Jasmine Naturelle Parfum. They were both blind buy successes for me. The entire Chloe Nomade line is a hit for me and one of my favorite designer lines of all time, especially Chloe Nomade Absolu. Prada Paradox Intense was a random purchase and I'm so glad I got the 90ml cause WOW it's so warm and cozy and delicious. I can't get enough of it! If i had to pick a signature scent, it would be Prada Paradox Intense and Chloe Nomade Absolu. ❤❤
I adored L’Eau Papier when I tested it at a Diptyque counter, and I have a bottle in my cart. I also love 18 Vanilla Nera, more than Goddess, so also have a bottle in my cart (got a travel size first) 😅And I have the travel spray of Devotion…so nice!!

I love when perfume is so artistic that it can evoke memories, one of my most artistic and appreciated scents in my collection is Relique D'Amour by Oriza L. Legrand. It literally smells like wet rocks of a cathedral, I can’t get over how photorealistic it is, and I smell it often in awe of its originality and artistry. I also get this feeling too w Celine Nightclubbing, brings back memories of the smell of the inside of my mom’s leather purse with a pack of menthol lights cigarettes and wrigleys chewing gum. I will def check it out!
The perfume prices are getting sky high I looked up 2 samples 10 ml still over $100 plus. Can’t imagine the full bottle prices of the really expensive fragrances.

Good Fortune Elixir, Yum Pistachio Gelato, Black Opium Le Parfum. I do feel that Good Fortune Elixir reminds me of Alien Essence Absolue. I sprayed them side by side and they are very similar.

Somebody recommended Mon Guerlain Intense with Burberry goddess and I’m loving it, my new favorite bedtime scent, really anytime but I’ve been really enjoying it at bedtime. Thank you whoever recommend💜💛
I love Mon Guerlain and the Intense version. I purchased a mini of Burberry Goddess, and my the sillage is so similar to MG. It is lovely though. I will try this combo!
@@LoveandMisses yes I’ve smelled both I can’t recall the goddess as much as the libre. I have golden decade for that! To me honestly? That’s the best dupe I’ve seen done! It smells the same! I was surprised when I finally got a sample of Libre le parfum and it was not what I thought 😞 I thought the ginger would give it some spice and I wanted spice! Libre is very thickly sweet to me. I did buy replica coffee break I smell no coffee ha but it reminds me of Libre! So I can’t win lol
I don’t think they are similar, Burberry Goddess is similar to Mon Guerlain so I think a mini is enough if you have several bottles of MG to plow through (like I do). Libre le parfum is vanillary but very different from BG. And the Platine version is way more fresh. Libre is generally not a cozy fragrance, it’s a work friendly aromatic fresh fragrance. I think Burberry Goddess is more cozy like Mon Guerlain is. HTH.
