We never get to see this scene in the 2016 version and i'm so happy we get to see it here eventhough Gu Hai's name is changed to Wu Bi in this censored remake. I really want to see Johnny Huang's version of Gu Bai do this tbh. In the novel this scene is even more bloody and ruthless but i guess they can't go all out here.

NOT GOOD FOR INTERNATIONAL VIEWERS. HOW CAN YOU FOLLOW THE STORY LINE? HOWEVER THE ACTING WAS GREAT ONCE YOU COULD FUGURE OUT WHAT WAS WHAT.
