Hi. It comes down to individual preferences. One has glossy screen and speakers, other has Matt screen and extra ports. You can compare here www.displaydb.com/compare/dell-infinityedge-s2719h/dell-p2719h
I don't have the other two models with me, so hard to say. But any 27 inch is good for coding. I would day bookmark all the three and keep looking for price dips / deals.
Dell has display manager software, so that I could manage uniform brightness settings for multiple displays via mouse clicks rather than the wonky buttons on the displays themselves.
How's the picture quality especially the blacks and color vibrancy considering it has a AG matte coating which usually causes colors to wash out and blacks to look a bit grayish. I am planning to get this monitor so would appreciate some inputs from you wrt the above points before I purchase it. Thanks.
Hi @rp. It's hard to say as I have two monitors of the same model. ibb.co/xDQHf9c . I can see the the contrast ratio is on par with some higher priced models. Colour support is up to 17mil. Some higher end monitors peak at 1 billion colours. The more colour it supports, the richer it looks. I did make another video on monitor arm setup, it has some shots with screen playing. You can have a look. For budget monitors this is ok. Only FHD. If you have a dedicated monitor arm and don't need an adjustable stand, there is another model which is 50-80$ cheaper. Same antiglare tech used in some other higher end dell models.
@@hometech4572 Thanks for you reply. At present I am using a Dell 21" glossy screen monitor, so upgrading to a matte AG screen seems like a downgrade wrt image quality and vibrancy. That's the reason why I was a bit curious wrt image quality with a AG screen.
@@main_stream_media_is_a_joke It is true that it will amount to a small amount of diffusion. I haven't personally noticed it, because even the laptops that I have are AG, and another thing is I work also late in the evenings with light hitting the screen from the back, AG helps me there. Its ok for office work, but if you are planning to watch a lot of video, play games, or a photo/ video editing then gloss ones may actually better suit the work.
Absulately, super and advance technology device, and your voice much clear.
Thank you my dear.
Useful video 👍
Super
P2719H vs S2719H, which has better display quality? Or they both have same quality?

Thing to note. It doesn't have inbuilt speakers. Only has two channel audio out.

Sorry, but this monitor is great at games.
Not so much. Not 4k.
@@hometech4572 I'm still playing at 1080p like most people. and honestly there isn't enough of a difference to make it of value.
